Located on the gulf side of Florida relish in the warm sands and surf. Enjoy people, boat, and bird watching as you look out over the bird sanctuary across from Tigertail Beach. Have a great time with shelling on the northern tip of the island. Watch the beautiful sunrise with coffee and pastries or revel in the gorgeous sunsets with cocktails on your personal balcony.
Master bedroom is a king bed, second bedroom is 2 twin beds, but they can be moved together ;) There is also a inflatable cot (full/double size) that sleeps 2.
Amenities include: walk out beach access, exercise facility, large pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, WiFi, ample parking, elevator, stereo/CD player, TV/VCR/DVD player, and self-service laundry facilities in common area of building (These facilities are located near the elevators on each floor except for the main floor of each tower. The facilities include two Smart Card-operated washers and dryers per floor, a folding counter, and a washbasin. There are NO vending machines for detergent on the premises. Smart Cards may be purchased in the SSNW Office and value may be added to the cards at the Add Value Stations located on the first floor of each tower in the hallway to the pool exit.)
All in a gated community just a few minutes drive to restaurants, shops, day spa, and convenience store.
About 1 hour drive from Fort Meyer's Airport and about 2 hours drive from Miami Airport.

Condo had everything we needed plus beautiful views, security, pool and proximity to beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was fantastic...great view of tigertail beach and gulf. Building was very clean with very good security.
The apartment was a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath and the kitchen was well equipped.
The biggest downside of the apartment was the WiFi. The wifi router is an older "g" model and was not reliable...(not sure if the intermittent outages were due to interference or age of router)...but the intermittent outages were very annoying. Another unexpected issue was registering the car to park at the complex was a $25 fee.
Sunsets from the balcony, beach, pool, location all made this a very memorable vacation destination. We wouldn't hesitate to come back if the wifi was fixed.
We use a property management company to handle guests arrival/departure. The property management company is Island Escapes. Keys should be picked up and dropped off at this location (address listed below) which is a short drive from South Seas Northwest. There is a dropbox which will house the keys and guest packet should guests be arriving after hours and/or on some holidays.
The address for the office and lock box is 1000 N. Collier Blvd, Marco Island FL 34145. The keys will be placed in the top lock box for pick up by the guest. The keys are to be returned to the bottom lock box. A code will be provided to the guest once the reservation is booked.
