If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, this is the home for you. The house was built in 2012 with a 1 floor living floor plan, 3 BR, 2 Bath , 1 outdoor shower. The cottage is located on the Sound side of Kill Devil Hill (Milepost 6.5). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the two guest rooms contain full size bunk beds (Full Over Full). Our house is a 3 minute walk from the sound and a 10-15 minute bike ride/walk from the beach – Adult beach cruisers are also included to enjoy a sunset cruise. We offer Wi-Fi and Cable Tv to enjoy during your stay. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills near several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater and several grocery stores. There is a Putt-Putt course and go karts about 2 miles away and an outlet mall 15 miles from our home.

1) WE RENT FRIDAY TO FRIDAY (exceptions can be made in the off season, but from May to September the changeover day must be FRIDAY and full weeks only):
2) IF YOU MAKE AN INQUIRY FOR A TIME PERIOD AND DO NOT BOOK, THAT TIME PERIOD MAY NOT STAY AVAILABLE. WHOEVER BOOKS FIRST WILL BE THE WINNER.

Great house!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and lovely. It had plenty of seating, as well as towels and linens. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions. Check-in was a breeze. We also loved the area and highly recommend the Mahi-mahi restaurant! Thanks for a great experience!

Thanksgiving get away

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this very nice and cozy home. We brought everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving meal but didn’t have to because the home was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you would possibly need. The home is updated and very well maintained. We had one issue with the internet not working properly but Ryan responded in seconds and the problem was resolved in less than five minutes. There were plenty of board games and video games to keep us busy. We truly look forward to booking this location again in the future. Thank you Creegan family for allowing my family to stay at your property.

Great Getaway!

We planned a last minute getaway and quickly found this home available. There are no complaints. Check in was super easy. The home was very clean and really nicely decorated and updated. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen did have everything needed for cooking or grilling. Like I said - zero complaints. The owner was quick to respond with a couple questions and even offered a few restaurant suggestions.
