Beautiful back yard with grill, umbrella, and outdoor furniture. Nice neighborhood. 5 minute walk to new public library, outdoor tennis center, skatepark, and basketball court. Flat screen TV, Wifi, new mattresses. Parking for 6 cars in driveway. 1411 square feet. 1 King and 2 queen size beds.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The house was perfect for our needs and provided all we could expect or hope for in a rental. I am grateful to the host Greg for providing such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible location. Great neighborhood. I would easily do it again.

A great house, but a few things you should consider

My family and i recently rented this property for the month of April. It is a wonderful house and we had a very positive experience. But i wanted to to paint a full picture for anyone considering this property in the future. I've tried to outline what i feel are the positives and negatives.


1) The house is incredibly convenient in a real central location. It is walking distance to Mizner Park and many other shops/stores, which is wonderful. It is a short drive to virtually anything of note in east or central Boca, Delray, or Deerfield. It is easy to access 95, Federal Highway, Glades, or Palmetto, so you couldn't ask for a better location.

2) Greg is a great owner. He is very responsive. We had a few minor issues while we were staying there and Greg was always right on it. He made the process easy and was great to deal with.

3) The house itself is really nice and comfortable. It is nicely appointed and has a convenient layout, with a kitchen adjacent to a living room and a separate den "hang out" room. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to a nice sun porch. The backyard is a really nice size with a wood patio. My only wish was that the fence would have extended around the full house (it only was on three sides so we couldn't let our dogs run around on their own). Overall it was roomy and easy to spend time in.


1) About 100 yards to the east of the house are train tracks and sporadically throughout the day (and night) big freight trains would plow through, tooting their horns for minutes on end. My family and i were frequently woken up at night. If you are a light sleeper you have to be mindful of this.

2) The neighborhood is transitional. It's a bit odd. The house is adjacent to library commons, which is a nice townhouse development. Yet, on the street itself are some houses that are well maintained and others that are unkempt/abandoned. It is also a commercial area with lots of body shops and other services located at the end of the street. You see a few "questionable" characters once in a while. I never felt concerned security wise, but nonetheless it is a bit sketchy.

Overall, i would definitely recommend the house and think it is a terrific rental. But you need to go in there with your eyes open. I hope this helps.

Enjoyable stay in great location

Our family had a very nice stay at the home . The home was within 10-12 min walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, many restaurants, shopping and movie theatre. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated and spacious . The owner , Greg was very attentive and responsive. He wanted to make sure we were happy and had no concerns. The home was clean and offered a nice yard and deck patio. Thank you for making our stay a pleasure.

Great Owner, Convenient Location

We rented this house for few weeks, as our new place was not ready.

Greg was very accommodating and prepared everything for us at a moment’s notice. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The house is very neat and clean. It’s a nice stroll/short bike ride to the Mizner Park and Palmetto Place (where all the restaurants and shops are).
