The location is perfect for visiting the city, Jesmond is considered a fashionable area with lots of restaurants, bars and within walking distance to the city centre. great local metro service which runs directly to beach area, city centre and connects to main train station. The apartment is well furnished with all kitchen amenities.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Tyne and Wear

Great location in a lovely suburb, near the city. The transport system is excellent however walking is highly recommended as you can get into the city in ten mins. The flat is in an Edwardian building which is charming.

A fascinating base for an interesting city

This is a most intriguing, very spacious and extremely nicely equipped apartment, within walking distance of the city centre, and even closer to a number of excellent restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away, despite being unlucky with the weather, and would wholeheartedly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to visit "the toon". We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Kate, the owner, for providing us with such a pleasant base for our stay. (We have tried and failed several times to convey our thanks via the HomeAway reply system which doesn't seem to be working!)
