Bob and Katie live in Redmond, WA, a suburb of Seattle, and use the condo for friends and family as well as rentals to guests. We have owned and operated the condo for 13 years.

Whistler is a fabulous summer and winter destination. The Aspens is the best condo complex at Whistler due to its 'everything' facility and convenience to the villages and the mountains. We have the advantage of a quiet location but easy access to all the main village has to offer.
What makes this Condo unique
Best SKI on SKI off location on the mountain. Easy to ski both mountains in a day and no need to walk over or bus to Whistler Village. Great summer amenities with large pool and three hot tubs as well as bike rentals and free storage. We also have a bike valet service for a small fee for guests needing higher bike security.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS :If a Guest cancels within 60 days of arrival the guest will forfeit all rental fees and taxes that have been paid..
However, if the Owners are able to rent the property for the same rate and number of days the Guest will receive a refund of the amount paid,
reduced by an admin fee of 5%. If the re-rental daily fee or number of days is lower than the original rental the refund will be adjusted downward.

100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.

Whistler for month
Location of property is excellent. Ski in or
Ski out is convenient and easy. Short walk to village. Our stay got cut short by a week by covivid-19. Owners Bob and Katie offered
Us with a refund for last week no questions asked. Not required but 1st class response. Will be back next year.
Best location on Blackcomb for ski-in/ski-out
Thoughtful and responsive hosts, well appointed condo, comfortable bed and rooms. Be prepared for noise in the evenings; the condo overlooks the well-used pool and hot-tub central courtyard. There was no excessive partying, but families having a good time until 10 p.m. or so.
Access to the ski hill can!t be beat. And there is a Whistler/Blackcomb ski rental outlet right on the property, along with a complementary skil valet.

Lovely stay at The Aspens. Unit was clean, very comfortable & well-equipped for skiers. Lots of storage/hooks for damp ski clothes. Fireplace a lovely feature. Large patio doors & windows made it bright. Owners were very communicative & helpful. Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Thank you.

Exceptionally clean condo with everything provided you could need...very well maintained and excellent location in Whistler!
Great skiing lodge!
Wow! The unit itself, the location, the value, all were absolutely excellent. I can't even think of any negatives at all. This place is an absolute gem. Loved the process of check-in too. Just brilliant to be able to ski right down to the back of the hotel.

Nice quiet location for skiing in and out easily. Enjoyed the pool/hot tubs. Full kitchen for those who want to cook. Recommend for families.
Location
We are located 40 meters up Blackcomb above the Upper
Village. Winter we ski down to the new Blackcomb gondola to access both mountains. Summer the Aspens has a bike shop and bike rentals. Blackcomb base has miniature golf, trampoline, horseback riding, maze and many other activities for kids. The Upper Village has shopping and good restaurants. We are a 6 minute walk from Whistler Village on lighted pathway.
