2 Bedroom, 2 Baths With Mountain, Lift, And Maggie Pond Views, Ski In/ Out

The entire apartment was just renovated from top to bottom. All premium finishes and done with exquisite attention to detail. Designer and custom furnishings plus accents from stores like restoration hardware, pottery barn, west elm, crate and barrel were used for this luxury place.

The apartment has heated floors in bathrooms, showers, shower benches, throughout the kitchen and living room, which makes it a really pleasant experience to walk barefoot. All counter-tops are granite with brand new appliances. Both bedrooms have premium mattresses for comfort and sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. Master bedroom has king bed plus twin, guests bedroom has queen bed and sofa in living room is queen plus size so it could fit 2 adults or three children comfortably.

Each bedroom has humidifier as well as plenty of storage to keep items away during your stay. Besides the huge TV in living room, each bedroom has a flat screen TV. All TV's are HD internet enabled with streaming capabilities(connect to your own Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu account) plus cable with 40 channels is available. Two balconies have view that span from east through south to west.

The slopes are literally 2 minutes away including the elevator ride, which is great to make quick stop during the day for lunch or to warm up in -front of the wood burning fireplace. The apartment is prepared to sleep up to 7/8 people. The dining area sits 8 at expandable oval table.

Kitchen has new appliances, double oven on range, dishwasher and all the toys a chef could ask for to make a memorable holiday experience.

Both bedrooms have views out to the slopes and Maggie Pond. Guest bedroom also has balcony. Wake up to idyllic views from both bedrooms and check out the lift line at the Quicksilver lift before you even leave your bed!

All pictures of the views were taken from the apartment. Don't miss the opportunity for True Ski in/out plus awesome views for the quintessential Colorado vacation. Once you arrive to the unit no car is necessary as we are walking distance from main street too. The kids ski school and daycare is also located at the base of our building.

Great Condo

Very comfortable condo - 2 large bedrooms, and spacious lounge/dining.

Excellent location. In no time at all you are on the peak chair in the morning. Much better than having to schlepp to the gondi at the other end of town. At the same time you are only a couple of minutes from the bars/restaurants of main st. This location really balances access to town and the slopes perfectly.

Importantly, Michal (the owners) is very helful and responsive. He was more than happy to help us with information prior to arriving as well as when we were there.

Have skied at Breck a few times. I'd return to this condo again.

Great Breckenridge Condo !!!

First off, the photos are spot on. This remodeled condo in the Breckenridge Village was in the perfect location. There is very short walk to the 6 person lift at bottom of Peak 9. Christys Rental store and Ski School right under the Antero building where the condo is located. Pubs and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The condo itself was well appointed and felt like home. Great kitchen and living room sizes. All cooking utensils and pans provided. Large 65 inch HD TV in the living room. Incredibly fast internet for downloading movies or music if you decide to get online. Heated floors were great too. Comfortable beds in both rooms. Master bedroom had 2 moderate size closets. There was a 50 inch HD TV in the master bedroom as well.

Mical, the owner made our stay great too. He was quick to respond to questions and provided an overabundance of information in regards to Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. There are also sleds for small children which Mical provides at no additional charges. One last thing there is an underground parking garage that is convenient to access from the street and an elevator connects it to the condo building. You will have to pay for the parking access but well worth it.

I would highly recommend this condo. The location is perfect and you will not regret your stay.

Location and Views!

Lovely property and owners! We so enjoyed our weekend in Breckenridge. The accommodations are even better than pictured. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown, access to the lifts and the gorgeous views. It is hard to tear your self away , but so great to look forward to returning. The extra twin bed in the master suite is such a thoughtful touch. With a little one, it is nice to have the option of being in the same room - but not the same bed. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful newly renovated and convenient location

Michal was a gracious host and the condo has all the described amenities. We were only 3 people, but the space would be comfortable for 7 as stated. No photos can capture the mountain views. It was absolutely stunning and we will return soon!

The interior finishing of the condo were great. It's location was idea for many different summer activities. It had everything we needed for our visit. I would stay here again next time I'm in Breck.

Our family vacation couldn't have been more perfect! The location was fantastic with everything you would want to do in the town within walking distance. The view from the balcony was picturesque, with a beautiful view of the mountains and river. This place was very comfy and inviting, allowing my family to feel right at home. Michal was great to work with!
