Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, the upper master bedroom, a large en suite has a balcony and with a chip leaks.

The living area is bright and spacious with a fireplace, large dining table for 8 people, high-quality design sofa in white leather, large TV and a professionally equipped kitchen. The second. Masterbedroom, also with en suite bathroom, can be reached through the dressing area from the living room.

In the service area washer and dryer for the comforts of home care.

Feriendomizil zum Vergessen!!!!!!!

Wer es gerne teuer und nicht sauber hat, so soll er dieses Haus unbedingt mieten. Wir waren zu fünft anfangs August 16 für eine Woche dort zur Miete. Nach der Uebergabe des Hausschlüssels und des Objektes - leider ging dies viel zu schnell ohne genauere Angaben - haben wir uns etwas näher umgesehen. Die Badezimmer waren in sämtlichen Räumen nicht wirklich sauber bzw. konnten vor allem bei den Toiletten noch Fäkalspuren wahrgenommen werden. In der Dusche im oberen Stock, lief das Wasser nur ganz langsam ab und beim Duschen stand man stets im Wasser. Der Pool war dreckig. Das gleiche galt für die Küche. Wir mussten zuerst sowohl den Kühlschrank putzen sowie alles Geschirr und Besteck abwaschen. Das widerlichste war jedoch der Grill. Dieser war äusserlich extrem ölig und fettig. Der Grillrost war noch in schlechterem Zustand und es hatte noch Essensreste darauf. Nachdem wir dies alles tel. der Ansprechperson in Ibiza gemeldet hatten, erhielt ich von der Vermieterin ein Email zugesandt. Darin schrieb sie, dass der Pool jeweils nur am Samstag geputzt werde und dies keinem Hotelstandart entsprechen würde. Eine weitere Reinigung müsse deshalb vom Mieter selbst bezahlt werden. Auf eine Antwort, nach meinem Rückschreiben an die Vermieterin, dass es sowohl in einem Hotel wie auch in einem solch teuren Haus sauber sein sollte und dies hier leider nicht der Fall sei, warte ich heute noch :-). Zwei Tage später, wurde wenigstens noch der Pool geputzt. Schlussendlich können wir von Herzen jedem abraten, dieses Haus mieten zu wollen.
