Why Tanya chose Highland

Perfect location to walk to everything in the Highlands. Coffee houses, restaurants, bars, museums, running/biking trails along Platte river, parks... my family grew up in this area and is fantastic to see how it has developed into such a charming mini metropolitan with such culture and diversity.

What makes this house unique

Within blocks, I have choice of amazing restaurants with great ambiance, play basketball, rent a bike, read book at coffeehouse, shop unique boutiques, walk to farmers markets, LoDo, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, 16th street mall. Beautiful views of Denver Skyline

Cozy & Convenient in Denver

Cute, comfortable, convenient to Pepsi Center ($8.50 lyft each way/10min), The Central Train station, Bronco stadium (10-15 min). Home is in an older established neighborhood so a bit older, but the beds are super comfy with very nice bedding, the place is immaculate, bathroom has been updated, couch comfortable and plenty of room for group, TV works fine, internet pictures are accurate. Only a single parking space in back with street parking in front a challenge, but parking anywhere in Denver is a challenge. The footing is a bit uneven and you have to go up a few steps to front door so if you have mobility issues, this could be a bit of a struggle. The best part of this rental is the special attention of the owner, Tanya, who was quick to communicate during the entire process, provided local eatery info, checked on us to ensure all good, and provides homey amenities like shampoo/rinse/body wash, coffee, tea, sugar, condiments (def rare and highly appreciated). Deposit was returned promptly. Great experience and will check here first every time we fly into Denver for a game. Highly recommend.

Fun Location!

Nothing fancy, but very well equipped. We enjoyed the location. It was easy to walk to several restaurants, a brewery, and a really nice distillery. The house is well stocked with kitchen and toiletry supplies. A great spot for a city getaway for three couples. There are only five dining room chairs, which might be a problem if you were planning on eating in.

Amazing location!

Great little spot in the heart of LoHi. We had a great time exploring the area. I highly recommend walking across the street to Avanti for a meal. We did run out of TP with no extra in the home, but as soon as I let Tanya know she had it on our doorstep within minutes. Highly recommend for larger groups visiting Denver.

Perfect for our night in Denver

We had a group of 3 couples stay at Tanya's property for our 1 night in Denver. Our flights all landed late in the evening, however, we so badly wanted to make the most of our time in Denver.. This rental was PERFECT for our quick visit! We arrived, opened the lockbox with ease, and immediately walked to a fabulous restaurant down the street. The next morning, the girls had easy access to the Interstate and boys had a wonderful brunch at another spot nearby. The location could not have been better! We all plan to be back.

Great little place with an awesome location

We rented this house in LOHI. I read other's reviews and it was exactly what we expected. The place is a little older and not fancy but that didn't matter to us. It is clean and the beds are super comfy. The location was ideal and about a 15 min walk to Union Station and lots of places to eat. Would recommend.
