This newly built finca is located on a large plot of land outside of Calonge overlooking the Mallorcan hills and the sea.

It has 2 floors. On the ground floor are the two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs is the well-equipped kitchen and a very spacious living / dining area and another bathroom.

A huge, across the width of the house-wide terrace spoils you with a breathtaking view to the sea and the gently rolling hills around the San Salvador. The small garden and the quite large pool invite just like the nicely furnished covered terrace for relaxed and enjoyable hours outdoors.

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Wir haben unseren dreiwöchigen Familienurlaub mit unseren Kindern (5 und 3 Jahre) in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Pool und die Lage: so eine Ruhe haben wir selten erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Zimmer groß und die Ausstattung auch sehr gut. Wir haben vor allem von der Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmer profitiert.
