Imperial Villa is a beautiful and spacious home in the heart of Imperial Point with a large open floor plan, picture windows overlooking the heated pool and patio, and a mother in law suite. If you are looking for easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, Oakland Park, Pompano Beach, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Las Olas, this is the home for you. The large common area, oversized dining table, and comfy sleep sofas are great for large groups traveling together. The lush private patio and pool area is complete with a Florida Room, gas grill, lounge furniture, and plenty of Florida sunshine.

The mother in law suite has a separate entrance, a kitchenette, a high top dining table, desk, full bathroom, King bed, and walk in closet. *The unit has air conditioning.

Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a King sized mattress, ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the screened in Florida room. One guest bedroom has two twin beds. The following one has a Queen mattress. The suite with an exterior side of the home entrance has a King sized mattress. All bedrooms have flat panel televisions, closets, end tables, lamps and are finished with modern art.

Bathrooms- The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an entrance to the screened in Florida room. Imagine washing the sand and salt of the day off in an oversized standing shower with a modern, spa like feel. The guest bathroom has a glass enclosed bathtub/ shower combo and large vanity. The bathroom in the suite has a full standing shower and vanity.

Exterior- The large heated pool, patio and lawn provide you with all the space and amenities necessary to fully soak in the Florida sunshine. The Florida room provides a screened in dining table and is great for enjoying meals outside on warm evenings. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Cable and WIFI included.

Overall - the rental was good. It had the amenities it advertised. The location for us was good - close to beaches and a short drive for our golfing each day. On arrival we had trouble getting the key to work in the main house. We had to call to get help on how to get in the house. We finally were able to get in, but that key was tough to figure out. We also noticed the pool was not clean. We let the manager know, and the next day they sent someone over to clean the pool and that person discovered the filter had not been running as motor was burned out. That got replaced on our 3rd day, so we really did not have use of the pool until the morning of the day we left. We also let owner know that a screen on the screened in room was totally ripped and flapping, that was still not fixed when we left. Only other thing I would say is that in the studio apartment, the filter on the A/C unit should be cleaned/changed. It worked fine, but looked like a lot of dust in that filter. Rest of house was as advertised and we enjoyed the stay and the location,.

The perfect home for our family trip. Everything was as advertised and you can tell the owners and staff take pary great attention to detail. Loved the private heated pool and back yard which was very spacious. An added bonus during the summer was the enclosed screen room with dining area and television!

Location

If you are looking for a great location minutes to all the local attractions this is it. We are conveniently located central to Miami and the Palm Beaches in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. We are close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. This beautiful home is located in the Fort Lauderdale subdivision of Imperial Point bordering Oakland Park to the west and Pompano Beach to the North. The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for it's food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have Everglades National Park where you can view the wildlife. Seminole Hardrock Casino is within a 30 minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas Boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, Cinema's, Museum of Science, and Discovery and Broward Center for Performing Arts. There are multiple concert and sports venues through South Florida including the Bank Atlantic Center, American Airlines Arena, Dolphin Stadium, and more.

  • RENT PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSITS: The initial security deposit and first payment for the Reservation is due at the time of electronic booking. Any balance of Rent due shall be paid at least 30 days prior to Guest arrival unless the subject property will be occupied by Guest within 30 days or less following the making of the Reservation in which case the entire rental amount shall be due.
    All correspondence between owner and rental agent and Guest shall be via electronic means. Guest will automatically receive an invoice when payments are due. All payments shall be processed through vacation rent payment with both credit card any check options available. Please note there is a $50 charge for all returned checks and chargebacks plus the cost of collection. Guest agrees the use of the rental agreement acceptance and payment processing system through vacation rent payment processing service or other service acceptable to owner without an original signature. Guest agrees payment authorization cannot be revoked.
