The property provides a covered patio that overlooks acreage of neighboring vegetation that provides an awesome sunset in the evenings. The bedroom features a queen size modern bed with Juliet doors that are treated with black out curtains to provide a good night’s rest. The customized closet contains 20 feet of hanging space and provides the accessibility to unpack and remain organized during the stay. The living area offers a sleeper sofa and 40” flat screen television. The condo is equipped with all cooking, bathroom, and laundry amenities to function as your home during your stay. In addition, the property amenities include a media center, pool, Jacuzzi, basketball and workout facility, and garage parking. An LSU alumni, who enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally with friends and family to designated locations for festive events and entertaining. Baton Rouge is my second hometown, and it’s my pleasure to ensure that guest of Chrystal’s Palace have an opportunity to explore the uniqueness of the atmosphere in the capital city. During my tenure at LSU is where my interest in genealogical research, environmental impacts, and history materialized into my current occupation. I also enjoy vacations that involve water recreation and an extreme amount of celebrations.
Property contains custom paint, window treatment and closet very suitable for longer term stays. High ceilings (12 ft) allow for natural light to enter the property. Modern furniture that includes a curvy chase lounge chair, trunk style coffee table, and ghost chairs for dining. The Reserve's at Cedar Lodge offer a friendly professional and family environment. It's centrally located with quick accessibility to I-10 and I-12. The community is gated and contains on-site security and cameras for safety purposes. The property is directly across the street from the prestige Bocage Lake residential community. This property became home to numerous evacuees from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and continuous to have celebrity visitors for film production, both LSU and Southern University alumnae, and corporate professionals.
The unit is near the amenities of the property, the entire exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras, and because the property is located on the third floor, this unit contains high ceilings. You are able to transition easily at this property from home with a custom closet which includes 20 feet of hanging space to this corporate/vacation rental. The evening sunset view from the patios is tranquil, and provides a relaxed scenic view.
This review is based upon an extended stay that my parents had at Chrystal's condo for several months. The condo was well stocked, in great condition and conveniently located to any place they needed to be. They were in walking distance of excellent shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The facility was wonderful with a swimming pool, hot tub, full fitness facility and basketball court. Chrystal was incredibly responsive to any of their needs responding usually the same day and definitely in less than 24 hours. We have nothing but positive words for Chrystal and for my parents stay at her condo. Would highly recommend this condo and this location.
My husband and I had a wonderful 3 days 2 nights in Baton Rouge and if ever returned, this is the place we would stay.
We had the opportunity to meet the owner and she was very pleasant and helpful with the site seeing of the city.
This condo was very clean, neat, and intimate.
Complimentary wine offered. Nice gated pool. Workout space in the building (I did not use either but viewed it)
I would highly recommend this place to others. I am a quilter and my husband is a gambler and we both was satisfied with our findings in the city.
Had such an awesome time in Chrystal 's place! was like a resort with all the amenities we needed! spent everyday in that resort style pool using all the amenities on property such as the gym and bbq area. We felt at home with everything we needed.I would highly recommend booking this place !

This property was perfect. Great location, clean and has a beautiful pool. Next time I would hope to have a FOB to access gate and amenities near the
pool. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
Initially, due to late arrival, I had some difficulty accessing the property. But after overcoming the difficulty, I must say the quality of the property and condo/apartment itself exceeded my expectations! My significant other and I enjoyed the quiet and time away from our busy schedule to relax and watch some March Madness basketball!
There were some minor issues but they were quickly remedied by rapid communication with Chrystal, the property owner. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Baton Rouge!! Close access to local attractions, only 50 minutes from downtown New Orleans , and fantastic amenities!
