Luxury spacious penthouse apartment furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout is located in a quiet residential part of the La Quinta Golf, Spa and Country Club with access to secure gated swimming pool set in beautiful tropical gardens immediately opposite the apartment. Stunning sea and mountain views from two large furnished sun terraces. Upper floor is self contained with a spacious master bedroom, super king sized bed and dressing area. Large en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe provides the ideal set up for privacy on this top floor with the large L shaped sun terrace providing secluded all day sun bathing.

Two large twin bedrooms have access to fully tiled luxury bathroom with extra large shower and toilet. First floor fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dish washer leading to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Spacious lounge dinner has Samsung curved 4k Smart TV, DVD Library, Sky TV, including Movies and Sports packages, Spanish & English TV & Playstation. TVs also in the bedrooms. Lounge leads on to second fully furnished sun terrace with BBQ.

  • Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom located on the upper floor with a super king sized bed, separate dressing room, walk in wardrobes, large en suite bathroom with bath, shower, and double his and hers basins. This bedroom has its own large L shaped sun terrace which provides a secluded all day sun bathing area. The ideal set up for complete privacy on this top floor. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are spacious comfortable twin rooms with extensive wardrobe space with access to the second luxury bathroom with extra large shower. Bedroom 2 opens out onto a large sun terrace with stunning views and Bedroom 3 overlooks the golf course. The apartment sleeps up to 6 adults plus there are 2 extra mattresses suitable for children only if required.

Excellent apartment with wonderful views

I stayed for 1 week with my family (6 adults) in this lovely spacious apartment with great views – we loved the large upper sun terrace. We had everything we needed. The men in our group loved the Sky Sports channels and it was great to have the wifi. The pool area is in a lovely quiet setting and the view surrounding it is stunning. The apartment is close to local bars and restaurants – a car is needed and there is a reserved parking space outside the apartment. Every time we go to this area we find a different restaurant to try as we love exploring. We all really enjoyed our holiday and would certainly like to book again. It was a very easy transaction to book and Kim is very helpful.

My brother-in-law also loved the apartment and here is his review:

Stunning apartment on two floors containing everything you could possibly need. TV’s in all 3 bedrooms, Sky and wifi. Lovely pool in private garden just across from the apartment with great views of the surrounding mountains; also, if you are into golf this is the ideal place. We know the area very well and the apartment was perfectly situated for the many great restaurants nearby - and it’s only a short drive into San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Will definitely be booking this next year.

Fantastic Location and Apartment

Great views in a lovely location. Apartment is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Great pool and garden and two sun terraces. Brilliant having Smart TVs, UK programmes, Sky TV including Sky Movie and Sports and the fast broadband. Can't wait to go back!

Very Comfortable

The apartment was exactly as described. We stayed there with our daughter and 2 grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool is lovely - plenty of grassed area and lots of sunbeds. Lovely and quiet but not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. I would definitely recommend it.

Paradise

A fantastic property with everything you need for a brilliant holiday. The pool area is set in the most beautiful gardens with lovely mountain views. Plenty of places to eat and easy reach of San Pedro and Marbella. Highly recommend.

Amazing Condo in a Great Property

We spent a month in Kim's condo and couldn't have been more pleased. The views from both sides of the condos are spectacular and the terraces always seemed to have the nicest breezes. The condo itself is very large and roomy with luxury finishes and the kitchen is well equipped It definitely exceeded our expectations across the board. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is a short drive from Puerto Banus marina with all its nightlife and Marbella city center with its boutique shopping. San Pedro and Estepona are close by with many shops, restaurants and wonderful beaches. The scenic town of Benahavis is also close by and popular with visitors. There are plenty of places of interest to visit including the spectacular views at the mountain town of Rhonda. Mijas is an old Spanish mountainside village were you can take a donkey ride. Local weekly markets take place in the old bull ring at Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona. There are lots of traditional Spanish restaurants in the area providing wonderful food and entertainment. Activities in the area include, water sports, fishing, tennis, golf, horse riding, cycling, walking, sightseeing, children's entertainment, boat trips, cable car etc. The apartment is situated on La Quinta Golf and Country Club with award winning golf complex with pool, spa, sauna, fitness center & 5* hotel.
