Enjoy a ski-in condo on 4 O’Clock Run and just a block from the center of downtown Breckenridge. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooks the 4 O’Clock Run and Sawmill Creek from the balcony and is walking distance to downtown for shopping and dining. Perfect location to fulfill the entire family’s activities.

While the Snowflake Lift is just a short 2 block walk away, the Free Ride shuttle stop is in front of the Pine Ridge condominium and can take you to the slopes or anywhere in town!

The entire condo has been remodeled with new furniture and several updates and has mountain chic ski décor throughout. Think cozy, homey and mountainy! The condominium complex, Pine Ridge, offers multiple hot tubs, including one just steps away from the front door and overlooking the 4 O’Clock Run. The condominium complex also provides a heated outdoor pool, fitness room, free parking (1 car), spacious picnic areas with gas grills, and free WiFi.

Condo description:

Living Room – this spacious living area is a wonderful place for the family to gather after a day of skiing. There are multiple windows for natural light to enter. A large couch, a love seat and a comfortable leather recliner with throw pillows and blankets provide comfortable seating for watching a movie or playing games. The large gas fireplace provides a cozy ambiance, so important in a mountain getaway. The entertainment system, with a 45” flat screen, is a great way to enjoy a DVD or 100+ HD cable channels including premium channels like HBO and Showtime. We also provide games, puzzles and a vast collection of books and magazines. Off the main living room there is a sunny balcony overlooking the courtyard and comfortable outdoor chairs to enjoy the outside.

Dining room – Enjoy a family meal in the dining room just off the kitchen, with an open floor plan to the living room. The table seats 8, while the breakfast bar right next to it can accommodate another 3 people.

Kitchen – An open plan kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, Calphalon cookware, several cooking gadgets, serving trays and spices. A perfect place to make a delicious meal or a hot cocoa after a day of skiing!

Master Bedroom: includes new furniture that provides a mountain feel and a wall mounted flat screen TV. It offers plenty of room with a 6 drawer dresser and a full closet. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom with bath tub and shower. The sunny balcony overlooks the 4 O’Clock Run and Sawmill Creek. The room contains fitted blackout curtain for a comfortable night of sleep.

Second Bedroom: spacious room with new log bunk beds, featuring a queen bed on bottom with twin XL on top. Contains a 4 drawer dresser and closet. Has fitted black out curtains.

Second Bathroom: shower and bath with plenty of storage space and large mirror. Contains hair dryer for your convenience.

Other information: contains a washing machine and a dryer, 2 humidifiers, a storage closet by the front door, and a private ski and boot locker is located one level down.

Pine Ridge Complex: hot tubs, pool*, fitness room, on-site Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard rental shop, outdoor gas grills and picnic tables, and a meeting room (available at a fee).

*Shared pool closes for approximately one month in the early spring and late fall.

Activity suggestions in the winter: Ski in Breckenridge or other nearby resorts (Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Vail are a short drive or bus ride away!), cross-country skiing, go ice skating or snow tubing in Breckenridge, Keystone or Frisco, go snowshoeing at one of the numerous trails in the area, go ice fishing, take the family sledding or horseback riding. The condo contains several magazines and leaflets with local activity suggestions and information.

We bought this condo in July 2015 and spent several months remodeling it; the pictures are from October 2015!

Why Annelies Hall chose Breckenridge

We live in Denver and explored several mountain cities before always wanting to return back to Breckenridge! Skiing is by far the best in the state (and possibly in the country!) but then we discovered all the other fun activities the area offers year round (just to mention a few: fun festivals in the summer, sledding and snow tubing, countless hiking/cross-country ski trails, unique gastronomy, relaxing local spas and great craft breweries).

What makes this condo unique

We looked for months at several types of properties and Pine Ridge's perfect location was the main selling point! It's so close to everything! You don't need a car! Everything is really just a short walk away: downtown (for dining and shopping), ski lifts, hiking trails, grocery and liquor store, recreation center, etc.

The condo could not have been better located, we parked the car and did not need it until we left to head back home! The condo has everything we needed (teas, spices and other kitchen basics are all provided!) and was super comfortable, cozy and warm.... The hot tub is so close to the front door of the condo and perfect to relax at the end of the day, before going to dinner!

We will definitely be back here during the season!

Excellent Condo - Mar 6-9 2017 Breckenridge

Superb location and nice well equipped 2 BR Condo at Breckenridge. Skiing in at end of day could not have been easier. 4 O'Clock trail passes right by rear entrance to condo. 2 min walk out the front door to bus that runs every 7 min to several lifts. Condo was cozy, comfortable, well furnished and located w/in walking distance to most in-town activities. Would certainly book again. Good value.

Fantastic condo!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The home was very cozy and had plenty of space to hang out after a day on the slopes. The location was awesome - ski-in and less than 5 minute walk to downtown! We would stay here again!
