Edinburgh's wealth of excellent restaurants, bars art galleries and the fine shops of George Street are at your doorstep. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Original period features including a bow end sitting room with marble fireplace and wooden flooring and working shutters throughout the property, are complimented by modern bathrooms and bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with large dining area that will easily sit 8 people. Access to extensive private gardens in Queen Street is included.

Fabulous Time!

I would like to recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful property in the centre of Edinburgh, i do not think you could get much closer!

We were a group of 6 female family members who wanted somewhere that was close to the shops and cocktail bars on George Street.

This place was ideal with it being a 10 second walk round the corner.

The flat itself was decorated to a high standard with lovely period features and i would definitely look to book this flat again on our next outing to Edinburgh.

Great Location

William was super responsive before and during our stay. The location could not have been better with darling local restaurants close by. We really enjoyed the Wee Budha. The kitchen is well equipped and it was fun having access to private garden across the street. Beds are low, so harder on my older parents and main shower seemed to leak. However, would recommend.

Great location, lovely sitting room and kitchen, bathrooms are a bit dodgy

Couldn't have a better location. The apartment overall is spacious and the kitchen is very well supplied.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, neither of them ensuite. One is a good size if a bit industrial as it also contains the washer. The other one is microscopic. Beds are comfortable. Bedrooms are a bit sparse. We had to move a chair into ours to serve as a night table.

Excellent location for sightseeing in Edinburgh!

Ideal location within walking distance to so many sites. Bring earplugs to block the street noise as the bedrooms overlook a very busy main road. Highly recommend!

Stop looking and book now!

Where do I begin? This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. We were a party of five adults, two of which were elderly/mildly disabled (bad hips and knees) adults.

ARRIVAL:

We were met by Milly and her daughter upon our arrival. Milly showed us around, explained all the necessary information (electrical outlets, light switches, Internet, extra bedding and towels, etc.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: There are three bedrooms (1 King and 2 queens) and two bathrooms. Also, the king bedroom had extra twin beds so it could sleep even more!!! There are plenty of extra towels and tons of extra bedding. All of the rooms have wooden shutters that 100% block out the sun and most street noise. Also, the windows opened in case you needed some extra circulation. There are outlets everywhere!!! It's so convenient for everyone to charge all of their devices.

COMMON ROOM:

Our stay at this flat was in the middle of our 10-day trip so we really needed some space to relax. This flat provides that. Two huge leather sofas and two comfy leather chairs allowed us to lounge comfortably. Also, there is an Apple TV so we were able to log-in and rent a movie one night.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked breakfast and dinner almost every night. All of the appliances are top of the line. There is even a binder with the instruction manuals for most appliances. The fuse to operate the gas range, hood exhaust and light was tricky to find. If you are looking at the sink, there is a little piece of wall to your left. The fuse is located on the opposite side of that little piece of wall. We found the dining area needed a little more light so we used the lights on the hood and we were fine!!

GROCERY:

There was a Co-op grocery about 10 minutes away on Frederick Street right near its intersection with George Street. It had everything we needed.

PRIVATE GARDEN:

That's right you have access to gorgeous private garden. You would be remiss to skip a pack lunch there.

Beautiful, spacious, and great location!

We had a party of 8 (including two small children) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There was lots of space and light, plenty of towels and bedding, a lovely kitchen, and the location was great. We also really appreciated how responsive the owner was to our questions! We would highly recommend.
