A 3 bedroom apartment perfect for a short stay in Edinburgh

Edinburgh City Centre. The first floor apartment dates from 1804 and is located in the west end of the Georgian New Town by Charlotte Square. Edinburgh's wealth of excellent restaurants, bars art galleries and the fine shops of George Street are at your doorstep. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Original period features including a bow end sitting room with marble fireplace and wooden flooring and working shutters throughout the property, are complimented by modern bathrooms and bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with large dining area that will easily sit 8 people. Access to extensive private gardens in Queen Street is included.

Fabulous Time!

I would like to recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful property in the centre of Edinburgh, i do not think you could get much closer!

We were a group of 6 female family members who wanted somewhere that was close to the shops and cocktail bars on George Street.

This place was ideal with it being a 10 second walk round the corner.

The flat itself was decorated to a high standard with lovely period features and i would definitely look to book this flat again on our next outing to Edinburgh.

Favorite accommodation of our trip

This apartment is everything it says and more. It truly is a perfect location as you are close to everything; shops, restaurants, tourist sites etc. and even a beautiful view of the castle lit up at night right out the front door. We had plenty of room to hang out and relax even with 7 adults in the apartment. We had no problems with anything and owners/management are very quick to reply back to inquiries and booking arrangements. We took the train from York and the Waverly station is only 5 minutes away so a very short trip by cab once you arrive. I would stay here again if I return to Edinburgh. Loved it.

Excellent location with all the amenities

We were thoroughly impressed with the location and standard of the property. As a group of 3 couples, we all fit easily within the flat and had more than enough space for ourselves. The two bathrooms and two dishwashers were excellent when catering for 6 people within the property. The pictures sadly do not do the property justice as the high ceilings and ample space are not easily captured in the photos. Besides the space, the quality of the appliances, mattresses and duvets were well noted. Everyone in our group slept incredibly well and it was not simply the Scottish whisky that helped.

On the first night, we did encounter an issue meeting with the key holder, but we did get access to the flat in a timely manner and they apologised profusely for the inconvenience. Reading previous reviews makes our occurrence an oddity and the owner was quick to make amends. In our opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and also provided extra helping us find top restaurants and sights when in Edinburgh.

We would happily recommend both the flat and the company to anyone looking for a visit to Edinburgh. if we are booking again in Edinburgh I don't think we will look elsewhere.

Cape Cod and Florida.

Perfect Location

Three +65 couples recently stayed here for three nights. We loved it! The location could not have been better. We did not have a car and walked to everything. We did not cook but any gourmet cook would love the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great. You will not be disappointed.

Big, airy, quiet and really cool apartment

Loved this place; from the big, high-ceilinged Georgian rooms with their big wooden shutters to the big, family-friendly well appointed kitchen and the inviting bath! Right in the centre of the city but an oasis of calm and relaxation. And taking a picnic to the private gardens made the stay perfect.

Great apartment, perfect location

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights in June 2012 and were very happy with the location, service and of course the property itself, which exceeded our expectations on many counts and certainly made our vacation more enjoyable.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street in the Georgian part of the town, within easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions, the pedestrian street with restaurants and bars, the railway station and shopping areas (including 2 large supermarkets).

The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it also has a large living area - and high ceilings and large windows make it feel even more spacios. The kitchen is also large, very well appointed and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances - including 2 espresso machines that certainly made us enjoy our time in Edinburgh even more! The Internet & TV were working perfectly, too.

From the service perspective, our stay was entirely problem-free and everything was in perfect order. We never needed to call the service after we received the keys.

In summary, we highly recommend the apartment and give it a full 5-star rating.
