A well appointed property in a convenient location and very good service from the owner.

We rented the two properties on 76th street west on Ward Pakway for the occasion of our son's wedding. The properties were ideal having more than enough space and bedding for our guests. We were welcomed by the housekeeper who provided a tour and pointed out the local shops and amenities. We had some issues with facilities that were sorted very promptly. The properties are conveniently situated to access Ward Parkway, a scenic drive into the Country Plaza area with shops, restaurants, walks along Bush Creek and the Nelson Atkin Museum of Art. The properties also provide easy access to the shopping and restaurants in the Overland Park area. We would recommend both properties. However being just off Ward Parkway the properties are subject to local traffic noise.

Great home! Everything needed for a weekend getaway was included.

We rented this property for a girls weekend. It was perfect. Place was clean, roomy and well kept. It was close enough to shopping and dining and a short uber to the plaza. We will be renting again!

A great guys weekend!

A perfect house in a great location. We had a guys weekend and the house provided everything we could want -- spacious living areas, large kitchen, multiple bedrooms, great proximity to all KC hot spots, and plenty of parking. From the time we arrived Mike ensured we had a great stay. The home is incredibly nice and well decorated. I would highly recommend staying here!
