Welcome to a very well equipped kitchen in an exceptionally clean, quiet and safe neighborhood in Phoenix West Valley. My listing is unique because it is 1 mile to the 30,000 acre White Tank Regional Park and modern library with amphitheater nestled in the Sonoran Desert. Visit the White Tanks Riding Stables for horseback or the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium. Hiking, Biking, Petroglyphs, and Guided Tours by Park Rangers are available all year.
There are many recreational facilities in the area which is great for taking advantage of the fabulous weather! The Surprise Recreation Campus, Surprise Aquatic Center, Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex.
We have Cactus League spring training for Major League Baseball at Surprise Stadium for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals and Peoria Sports Complex for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners.
Play at dozens of Golf Courses such as Falcon or Great Eagle Golf Club. Enjoy shopping and dining at Park West and Westgate Entertainment District where the University of Phoenix Stadium houses the NFL Arizona Cardinals, National Championships and Fiesta Bowl.
For Military Members, Luke Air Force Base is within 5 miles.
**Camping Equipment for Rent** if you visit Sedona or popular campgrounds such as Beaver Creek, Clear Creek, Cave Springs or Manzanita. I recommend you make reservations where possible as these sites fill up fast.
Extra amenities include: Weber Grill, Espresso Maker, Amazon Video, DirecTV, Blue-Ray, Wi-Fi, Pool Table, Darts, Chess and Piano.
Guests have access to the entire home (except for my personal suite and office). There is comfortable seating on the front porch and a large gated backyard.

Life motto: Be Happy, Love Everyone and Eat Good Food
I'm very friendly but sometimes quiet. I love to entertain or host more than I like to travel but that's probably because I've traveled extensively. I love animals, especially horses and I enjoy visiting the ocean. My favorite movie is Good Will Hunting and I read books for learning purposes more than for entertainment.
I have my own business which promotes professional training and business acumen and I work with various non-profits.
Property Manager/Owner purchased this house in 2008
I chose this property because of the close proximity to the most beautiful piece of Sonoran Desert that I've ever seen. It's also statistically safe.
Our family stayed in this beautiful and immaculate home to see our Son play college baseball in Surprise. The attention to detail was wonderful and we appreciated all of the personal touches. The kitchen has anything and everything needed for great home cooked meals, which we did each night! Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We didn't need a single thing but knew that if something was needed, she would provide. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Thanks so much!
Extra clean and a lot of attention to detail!
Wonderful experience and would do it again.
Had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner has a notebook of various restaurants, grocery stores, various activities, emergency numbers, etc. She was also very helpful when I had any questions about something I wanted to do. This was my first time renting a room in a home instead of an entire home. It worked out perfectly. I had the opportunity to mingle with the owner and the other guests if I wanted to or I could be in my room alone if I did not feel like mingling. I felt no pressure to do one or the other. Lisa is a wonderful hostess and I enjoyed my many chats with her. We had a bon fire one evening with some of the other guests and we had a few drinks and a few good laughs.
This place is within a few miles of the beautiful White Tank Mountains where I went hiking every day. I also visited the nearby Wildlife Refuge Zoo and took in a spring training game for the Texas Rangers. There were numerous things that I thought about doing - driving up to Sedona or into Phoenix - but I was having such a great relaxing time where I was that I decided against leaving.
The place was as described and very homey and comfortable. The whole accessible area was very well maintained and clean. Our Hostess was very
helpful and cordial and very pleasant. She was a joy to be around and to talk to. She exceeded all expectations. She tops in customer service. I would recommend Her accommodations to all friends and relatives and am planning to go back again myself. Liked all attractions and restaurants but was uncomfortable with the highway traffic on main roads not surface streets. She is five stars plus rating.

We stayed in Waddell, AZ. First time with VRBO. Smooth sailing all the way. Gorgeous facility, Easy directions and a wonderful host. Lisa made us pumpkin bread, let us use her entire house, although we booked a "room only". Everything we could have needed was there-wonderful shampoos, conditioners, lotions, coffee, tea, pool table, out of this world decor, and friendly conversations. She provided netflex, blenders, a book of interesting places to visit. Way more than we expected. We will go back, for sure! If we go to another city, we will go through VRBO and probably won't ever stay in another hotel!
