Come stay in Old Town Cottonwood! You'll LOVE IT!
We have lived in Arizona since 1983, love this region, the history, geology and diversity.
Charlotte Page purchased this cottage in 2011
The main house is a historic craftsman bungalow, reported to be shipped by rail to Arizona in the 20's. We loved the house, and this guest house was a sweet bonus.
Five blocks to Old Town Cottonwood, easy drive to local attractions.
Brett, Thanks so much, I'm glad you had a fun trip and enjoyed our place. You were great, come back anytime.

Everything was top quality. All conveniences provided. Everything very attractively decorated. The location was perfectly situated near the lovely old town as well as being near everything I needed. The listing was very accurate. I would heartily recommend this to anyone whose friendship I valued.
Clean, comfortable, functional.
Great wireless and walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood.
We had a great time during our stay in Cortonwood,AZ and the sweetheart cottage was perfect for us. We stayed during the month September and the weather was in the mid 90's during the days 60's at night :)
It is perfectly localed just a few min from old town Cortonwood , were they have a nice coffee shop and a good beer and burger joint, along with some unique shops. And also just 20min away from beautiful Sedona!
Charlotte was a really good host and made us feel welcomed and attented. She is easy to talk to and will definitely recommend her place.

We stayed in the Sweetheart Vacation Cottage for the month of February. It was great! When we arrived everything was set up and ready for us. It is very basic, charming, clean and functional. There is ample parking
very close to the unit. The owners were very congenial and always willing to help.
This was a good location for hikes around Cottonwood, Sedona and Oak Creek. Many hikes are within a half hour or less driving. Old Town is a five to ten minute walk away.
We highly recommend this to people of all ages. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
