We found it warm and nicely decorated, clean, and in a perfect location. Our host was very easy to work with, prompt in answering questions and resolving any issue.

We spent two months this winter here. The location is very close to highway access without the noise of the road. It is part of a managed neighborhood without being gated. There are many children in the area since there is a school around the corner.

There are a few things that we believe could be illustrated a bit better about the property. This is a three-story property with the master bedroom occupying the third floor. Pictures do not show any table seating because there isn’t any. Due to the number of host locked closets in the home, there is no usable closet in the master BR and very little dresser space. There is, not shown in the pictures one bedroom with a queen bed. This room however did not have any side tables next to the bed. The only location with outdoor seating space for greater than two people is in the neighborhood commons area picnic table locations. There was when rented, no available broadcast television. Parking is at a premium, if you can’t park it in the small two car garage, you can’t park anywhere near the property.

Our Stay in Jan 2017

First time to Phoenix for us, the location was good for us but the rest was not a good experience. This home has no where to sit on lawn chairs like you would in your back yard, there is no such thing and the front has barely room for a couple of lawn chairs, what you see in the picture is all you have, beyond this is shared with neighbors, same as the back, only driveway and the greenspace as advertised is a v shaped drainage area that is grassed and happened to be full of rain when we were there, nice to look at but certainly not usable.The balcony door was jammed and could not use. Very chopped up floor plan, the walk in closet on the third floor to the master bedroom was locked off, not sure why that would be especially in the master, we had no closet to hang our clothes up there. Bunk beds had collapsed onto each other when we arrived, reported to owner at the time, there is only three chairs to the breakfast bar, no dining area with table and chairs, not family friendly as advertised for eating, bdrm on main entry level and would assume a bathroom that was locked off as well. It was cold at night when we stayed here but could never get the thermostat to work, you could not adjust it. Very poorly kept place. When leaving , stripped the bedding as instructed only to find the pillows with disgusting stains that had not been cleaned but pillow cases put right over the top,we were appauled to see what we had been sleeping on, would not stay here again. Owner's Response: This home is well maintained and this is the first negative review we have received in 5 years. This is an absolute surprise review as I spoke with the renters several times during the visit and at one point they stated that the balcony door was "jammed" I replied that I had stayed there the weekend before and it was functional- to try the deadbolt again- to which they replied "got it- sorry to bother you" the bunk bed had been fine when my cleaners were there and when I returned the next weekend so I'm not sure what that means. As the review stated- what you see in pictures is what you get- the home is a freestanding condo-all areas are common areas. There is no formal dining space- it is an open floor plan as shown in pictures. At some point after 15 emails about what was available at the home and what the area was like- I felt like I had provided all necessary information. As far as the bedding- all linens and pillows are washed every single time and covered with 2 pillow cases for added cleanliness- my cleaners reported that the home was an " extra deep clean" after this stay and required an extra 1 hr of work which I paid for. As I now know- you can take pictures of everything, show every detail of the home, talk about the location and kindly answer all questions about the property and still have someone leave a negative review. This will not effect my customer service to my clients but it is very disheartening. I take pride in this rental home.

Very classy and roomy!

This was the best place! There was room for my grandsons! They absolutely loved the bunk beds and it is so funny how that toys that aren't yours are so much fun. We had Christmas dinner there and there was plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for a great place to have new memories.

Excellent property!

This was our first time to use HomeAway (or any like-type service)...so we weren't sure what to expect. What we found was the perfect condo for our family! Lots of space for the kids to separate or come together to play games. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to do some cooking. There were plenty of towels, pillows and other bedding available. Décor was very inviting and it felt like home! The location was great - close to stores and a very nice park! Getting onto the highway was very easy. The owner was awesome - responding to any questions very quickly. We had a great week!
