Completely renovated and all brand new!! Separate dining area, master bedroom and bath, guest room and a office grace the main floor! Hanging out in the huge open living room is practically like being outside with all the windows. This area also includes a pool table for your enjoyment! Backyard has the room for just about anything you would like to do! Kids, friends and BBQ! Full finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, Laundry room and family room! Also a game table to gather the family or friends for some laughs. 3 minutes from the golf course, 3 minutes to City Park, Denver Zoo, and the Natural History Museum! Under 10 minutes to Sprouts, Trader Joes, restaurants and more! You will not be disappointed with your time here! We normally have a two night minimum. However if you see a gap in the calendar during the week and would like a one nights stay just ask!

This newly renovated, modern, comfortable house exceeded expectations

Three adults visited Denver for a long weekend to attend a nephew's wedding. This house met our needs perfectly. It was spotless, well equipped and very convenient to the City Park & downtown. We really did not find any shortcomings. It was just as advertised but we were pleasantly surprised at how "brand new" it looked inside. Highly recommend this house.

Great house for Denver trip!

The house is updated and well maintained. The backyard is wonderful, with room to gather, a fire pit, and a picnic table. The house sleeps 6 or 7 comfortably. The owner is responsive and helpful. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay. We were in Denver on vacation for a week, and this was our home while there. Highly recommend!

Great house in Denver

We had a great visit to Denver and enjoyed staying in this house. It is a lot bigger inside then it appears from the street. The house was tastefully decorated and met the needs of our family well--6 adults and two young children. The location is central to downtown but close enough that we took a day trip to Rocky Mountains National Park and enjoyed a concert at the Red Rocks amphitheater. We appreciated the owners accommodations for our grandchildren by providing booster seats and a pack n play. We would recommend this home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood

What a wonderful place

The house is very spacious, clean and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed, as we cooked outselves.
