This, 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1900 square-foot rancher is situated in the safe, quiet neighborhood of Coldwater Springs in Avondale, Arizona, about 10 minutes from the Glendale Stadium and Gila River Arena, homes of the Cardinals and Coyotes.

Inside, this open-plan home, located on the 7th green of the Coldwater Golf Course, is fully furnished, including 2 flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, and a fan in every room. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a king-size bed; a bunk bed in the sitting room feature a double on the bottom and a single on top for additional sleeping space.

The backyard features a PebbleTec pool with waterfall feature, a BBQ island and a 10-person eating area. A perch overlooks the pool. Turn the loungers around to watch the golfers come up the fairway and putt for birdie. The pool can be heated from March-November for an additional fee. Sorry, pool heat is not available from December - February. Standard Rental fee is for 4 guests, additional fee of $15 per person per night will apply.

Located just a couple miles from the I-10 and the 101, allowing for easy access to a range of restaurants and shopping, golf, movie theaters, spring training baseball parks, NASCAR, the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Coyotes and the Sky Harbor Airports.

Nothing more to say. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was perfect. The house was perfect. The owner/manager was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Winter Getaway

Great home for family & friends to come visit. Lots of room for everyone, nice open floor plan with fabulous golf views and kids had fun in the pool (once it was cleaned - after we let them know that it was not). However, we were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the garage was not available for our use as there was no mention of that on the listing, so heads up to others if you're like us and when you see a pic of a house with an attached garage, assume it's available.. The owner's said "why would we think it would be" and that "it's not part of the house". So our bad not to ask about that. We prefer to have our car out of the sun, as well as a place to keep our golf clubs and bikes, etc. Also, heads up on the listing saying "2 flat screen TV's"...as the one in the bedroom is not hooked up to anything, other than a gaming console and DVD player. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but there were a couple things we could have used that were not there (cheese slicer, pizza cutter, crock pot), and only had two steak knives, so we did go buy 4 cheap steak knives, and a small cookie sheet (there are large heavy duty sheet pans, but was bigger than I wanted and were kind of greasy). That being said, we enjoyed our stay, and Oscar was great to work with.

Great winter vactation

The home was well equipped, comfortable, quiet and in a great location. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed watching the golfers when we weren’t out taking advantage of the numerous entertainment options. We hope to stay there again next year..

Fun , Family, Sunshine!!

My family really enjoyed the house, pool, & the view . Will probably be back next year. The only thing we didn’t like was the scorpions on the property, we went through 2 cans of spray. Would be nice if they got pest control to spray the yard. All in all it was a relaxing & fun holiday. Irene
