A light, spacious apartment in the heart of Nice's historical Old Town. Two minutes from the beach, even less from the famous Cours Saleya Fruit and Flower market, and in the very centre of what makes this such a fabulous city to visit, its atmosphere and vibrancy. You could spend weeks here and never become bored enough to feel the need to search beyond its boundaries. Its pedestrianised narrow lanes teem with restaurants, bars and pavement cafes, alongside art galleries and antique shops. The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) of a 400 year old Nicoise building. The three main rooms each have two windows that allow light to flood in no matter the time of year. All you require is supplied to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible, from a vast selection of CDs and DVDs (if you can find the time) to all necessary kitchen gadgets. The TV receives UK satellite (non Sky) TV and radio broadcasts and Wi-Fi access is available. The contemporary bathroom has a seperate shower cubicle.

Best place to stay in Nice!

The apartment was more than we could have imagined even with all the pictures. Tremendous space that has so much thought and love put into guests stays. The owner is the most remarkable landlord who cares about the people who come to stay and is available and pro active in assisting with anything needed. The location was incredible and we could not have had a better vacation! I have never had an experience with renting that was exceptional - until now! Amazing owners, amazing place and amazing city! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Location!

Nice was our first stop in France. The owner arranged our transport from the airport. The apartment is just as described with everything you need. But the best part is the apartment’s location. Super close to the Cours Saleya, the beach and any shop you would need.

Incredibly charming flat in the heart og the old town!

This flat is even nicer then it looks in the pictures and the location is amazing. 30 seconds from the flower market and 2 min from the sea. Couldn't ask for more!

We travelled with a baby and the flat is very child friendly - however do not bring too much luggage! It is a bit of a workout to bring the luggage and stroller up and down the stairs but I would gladly do it again.

On top of everything Peter makes it very easy to visit Nice. Whatever you need he can help you, very accommodating host.

Would definitely recommend this flat!

Perfect location, perfect size, perfect!

Where to begin? Let'start with Peter. Right from the beginning, he provided lots of information about the area, places to see, restaurants to visit. The information was invaluable while we were there.

The apartment was fantastic. It'location in the old town was exactly where you wanted to be. It was down an alleyway to lots of restaurants. Go the other way and you are at the market. Go straight down the way and you are at the Palais du Justice. Five minutes away, is the beach and lots of buses to Monaco, Cannes and Menton.

Now on to the apartment itself. For Nice, it was especially large. It had two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. There was a lot of storage if you were staying for an extended time. The living -dining area could accommodate many people with comfy couches and TV. The apartment bathroom has a magnificent tub and shower. My favorite part of the apartment were the tall windows with their green shutters!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need except food but in the warrens of old town, you will find anything for your heart's desire especially your am croissants! Yum. There are dishes, glasses etc enough so you don't have to run the dishwasher every day. We didn't use the coffee maker as it looked complex and I didn't want to break it.

It was a sad time when we lugged our bags down the stairs for the last time.

Great location in an old style building

This 2 bedroom apartment is in a very handy location to restaurants and good shops. Metro close by and a few minutes walk to the beach. It can be quite noisy in the late evening if you want to leave the windows open but okay with windows closed. We did find the stairs a problem with our heavy luggage however. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need.

Perfect apartment in perfect location.

What a wonderful apartment! We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect, right in the old town and a five minute walk to the sea. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen is so well equipped even offering all you need to pack up a picnic for a day out or day trip.

Peter was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

It's the perfect place to stay for a long weekend and next time we will definitely extend our stay. There is just so much to do! Wonderful restaurants to eat out and a fantastic daily farmers market to pick up any bits you need, it literally a two minute walk away. A really wonderful apartment, home from home in a fantastic location.

The apartment is two strides away from Rue Prefecture in the pedestrianised sector of Old Nice, midway between vibrant Place Rossetti and the famous Cours Saleya flower, fruit and vegetable market. The beach is a two minute stroll away. There are innumerable restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries and antique shops all within 250 metres of the apartment's doorstep. Nice is compact enough to discover thoroughly on foot, so a car is absolutely not necessary. If you wished to explore further afield, the Bus Station is a ten minute walk away, and the main Railway Station approx 1 kilometre and reachable by tram in 5 minutes. Every type of shopping is also close by, from Galerie Lafayette and the Nice Etoile shopping centre, to small boutiques selling unique fashion items, and speciality foods.

Linen (both sheets and towels) are of Egyptian cotton and are included in the rental. Both Gas and Electricity are also included in the rental rates. A cleaning fee of Euros35 (Euros45 for Sunday Departure) is payable on arrival. We do our very best to arrange convenient handover times.
