Within one-quarter mile of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, and picturesque marsh to the west, this home is in an ideal location. With seven bedrooms, six-and-one-half baths, and the capacity to sleep twenty guests, this premier vacation home can accommodate your entire family.
Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed with a spacious open floor plan with ten-foot ceilings. The grand living area features a flat-screen, high-definition television, a morning/game room, dining area and kitchen. The dining room has a banquet sized dining table for memorable family gatherings. The chef's kitchen features a six-burner stove, double oven, stainless appliances and beautiful quartz countertops.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the screened porch overlooks the beautiful private courtyard with a large saltwater pool, heated spa, gas grill, outdoor shower and seating area.
The main house of the East Beach island cottage offers five bedrooms and five-and-one-half baths. Each bedroom has an en suite bath, flat screen television and walk-in closet. The very large master overlooks the private swimming pool and backyard and the en suite bath features a soaking tub.
Above the garage, guest quarters feature a living area and two bedrooms--one with "climb-up-the-stairs" bunk beds and the other a beautifully furnished master. Access to the guest quarters are by an outdoor stair adjacent to the pool.

Lots of beds: ideal for a couple of families with kids.
Small family room for gatherings, watching football on TV. Small kitchen. Limited to one person at a time working in the kitchen. Quiet lot in a nice area: great for walking/running, but several miles from grocery/drug stores, restaurants, etc. St Simons is great place to visit, with lots to do. House is for sale, and has potential. Probably overpriced. Would require some significant upgrades. Well managed as a rental property by Hodnett Cooper.
The main house was wonderful. The bedrooms were all large with their own bath. Plenty of room for a lot of family. The kids loved the pool and the floats and toys were a nice addition. The extra living quarters over the garage was very nice although the air went out the first night and wasn't fixed until the 6th night. They did supply us with portable air conditioners which helped but there's nothing like air conditioning in GA. The over all stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this property.
