Great Venice Beach Bungalow Apartment with 2 bedrooms 1 bath on a quiet Venice Walk Street 1 block to beach/fun, and 1 block to great shops, restaurants, and bars along world famous Abbot Kinney Blvd.. .

All recently renovated with a fresh new kitchen with all new appliances, new wood floors throughout, romantic fireplace, vaulted ceilings, forced air and heat, comfortable stylish decor/furniture, and new tiled bathroom.

Very convenient location, close to everything. Walk to many of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, also cafes, clubs, markets, and shops.

Walk the famous Venice boardwalk, visit the historical canals, see all the happenings of Venice beach. Skate or bike the miles of pathways along the coast.

There is an additional 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Rent all bungalows together and sleep up to 15

This bungalow apartment has a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the very very small 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that folds out to a single bed. We also have a twin roll away and crib if needed.

Private laundry in unit also..

Bicycles can be made avail. for $50.00 a week

We also have Wireless Internet, body boards, beach towels, local phone service, beach umbrellas, and 2 plasma TV's with Direct TV...

Great Little Venice Beach Bungalow

76968 Breeze is a great little bungalow. My wife and daughter truly enjoyed our time there. Mike was an excellent property manager, he never seemed out of reach and was quick to respond to any issues we had (they were minor).

Let me hit all the great aspects of this bungalow. It has wood floors. It is clean. The kitchen was truly great. It is one of the main things we considered before calling this place home for a month. Fridge is new, everything worked, dishwasher was handy and reliable, sink and stove and oven, everything worked and looked good and we really appreciated that. The bathroom was clean. Nothing felt neglected. Washer and dryer worked great and were much appreciated. The TV worked fine and the digital media player was really great for nights in. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). The wifi cut out once but Mike was quick to fix it by resetting the router. I had to log back into Netflix once and needed the username and password and Mike was quick to respond. The furnishings and fixtures inside the bungalow were good. The location was perfect, exactly what we wanted. Across the street from the beach, down a nice little path to the corner where Main and Abbot Kinney meet. Really just a great location. Once I locked my keys in the apartment and was worried this would be a terrible inconvenience for Mike. He took care of the situation right away. I'm sure I missed some of the things we really enjoyed about the place, and there were many.

Here are some of the things we feel could be improved for future visitors. A few lights were out when we moved in. The fans are great, but please have them cleaned. They were covered in dust and dog hair in all the nooks and crannies. Our only major concern. Also, a main selling point for us was that the website maintained the property was pet-free. The previous tenant obviously had dogs in the bungalow, and it took days with all the windows open to get the smell out. I like dogs and wouldn't have minded if the place was pet-friendly, but the website said otherwise and we were not expecting that at all. A heads up would have been really appreciated. Another minor thing is that the way the fridge is situated, it makes no sense for the door to open from the left, as other visitors noted. The pack and play cot for the baby was dirty and we didn't use it. I doubt future visitors with children will consider using it.

In short, a great place. Mike was truly great. No complaints. Hope to return someday. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect!

In a spirit of purely constructive criticism based on appreciation and wanting to help you turn a

Very good Bungalo into just an excellent one I offer 3 suggestions: 1. Get a fridge with a door that swings open from the left so access is easier. 2. Get sheets that fit better and stay on the mattress better. 3. Install a fixed sliding glass door onto the shower so you don't have to deal with water escaping around a shower curtain and wetting the bathroom floor. Other than these three pretty minor little inconveniences, there isn't anything else that I could possibly complain about. We loved our time in the little upstairs Bungalo and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the Venice Beach area. And Mike was very responsive, easy to contact, and did everything he said he would do very quickly and very kindly. An "A", very close to "A+" overall experience.

Venice beach vacation

We had two great weeks in the beach bungalow at Breeze ave close to Venice beach. The apartment was as we expected, but this is also because we stayed at the same apartment 4 year ago. We were not disappointed this time either. We had everything we needed in close reach, except it`s a bit far to the biggest grocery stores. We would love to come back again.

Great place and location

We rented this beach apartment for our small family and found it very well equipped with everything we would need.

Being only a block to the beach was a perfect distance to be, the neighborhood was quiet, and we walked a block to the Abbot Kinney area for breakfast and dinner..

The apartment has its own private washer and dryer which was a great plus for me. I wash cloths everyday.

Will be coming back again next year, the weather is great in Venice and Los Angeles in January.

Spacious Unit Convenient to LA Tourist Sites

We stayed at this unit in late May and were very pleased. It is spacious, clean and stylishly finished. The parking was free and right outside our door which is a big plus for the area. We also loved that it had free WIFI. We were able to walk to Venice beach and the boardwalk in minutes. Access to the freeway was easy. We were typically traveling in light traffic given the unit's location in relation to destinations such as Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood and Universal City. The owners provided plenty of supplies (even spices for cooking). In addition they provided advice about nearby grocery stores and restaurants that was very helpful. We were a little uncomfortable with the vagrants that slept near the unit but found them harmless. Good exterior lighting and close proximity to our neighbors eased our concerns. The unit is a good value. I will recommend this location to friends traveling to LA.

Just as expected...great place.

It was a great place for myself,my son and we grandchildren to stay while we were in LA for a family wedding. We were able to have extended family over for an afternoon barbecue. The house was clean with every convenience we needed for entertaining in a simple relaxed environment and our daily routines. The kids enjoyed the freedom of playing in the yard and watching the chickens, rabbits and turtles. The owner, manager and cleaning help were very friendly, respectful and helpful.We had no car, but were able to walk for groceries,etc and easily scheduled cabs for longer trips.
