Located on Ocean Boulevard, you are only a short walking distance to the Surfside Pier.

This home has a professionally decorated interior with many modern upgrades throughout including granite countertops, tile and an 50' LCD TV. This spacious home has over 3100 heated square feet, easily accommodating 16 people comfortably. Wireless Internet Access throughout the house.

This home has a private salt system pool that is professionally maintained. Covered decks on first and second floors with oceanviews, exterior hot/cold shower, paved and covered parking with a total of six parking, professionally landscaped grounds.

Downstairs bedrooms - (Two): One king (Master), One queen.
Upstairs Bedrooms - (Five): One king (Master), Four full, Four queens.

Departure maid service is included. Bed and bath linens are available for an additional cost of $350.00. Pool heating also available at an additional charge.

Awesome location

Great house, very close to beach, restaurants and all the great golf courses in the southern strand. Room for 8 golfers and all very comfortable. Thanks to VRBO and Surfside Realty!!!

Birthday Girls Trip

Overall, this property was great. We had minor issues with the television remotes not being properly programmed. With one quick call to Mandy, Matthew came to our rescue. I give Matthew 5 stars. My only negative was that the pool was NOT clean upon arrival. Mandy also sent someone out to "clean" it but he was no Matthew. Don't know his name because he was in and out before 6:30 am. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool as is was still dirty and had a strange film on top of the water. Otherwise, the home was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location.

Everything was exactly how they said it would be the pool was a little cold next time we will definitely request it to be heated house was very clean awsome location we will definitely rent this home again in the future

Amazing!!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The house itself was beautiful, the pool was beautiful and it was right near the beach! It was a quick Uber ride to everywhere we went, but there were plenty of things in walking distance as well. Amanda was also such a great host. She was very easy to get in touch with as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location!

Good house for a long weekend with 6 couples, right across the street from the beach and with nice private pool area. Layout worked well with bathroom for each bedroom. A few minor maintenance issues were promptly addressed.
