The house with apartments is located in a side street in the middle of the old town of Graz, close to the Kunsthaus, University, AVL, to the Grazer Schlossberg. It offers an ideal accommodation for longer business trips for tourists, seniors, for city travelers, visitors and for Congress in Graz with good transport links nearby.

All windows with external blinds sleep well the day after by the celebrated night no problem! Controlled residential ventilation, no windows to open no insects or no noise !! Allergiekerfreundlich! Floor and ceiling heating, natural stone floors.

Very nice apartment and excerlent owners

My Mother and Father in Law recently stayed in this apartment in Graz for 3 weeks

The apartment was fantastic and clean.

The owners could not do enough for them. The bedding was changed every week and my parent In Laws say it was far better than staying in any hotel and would highly recommend anyone travelling to Graz to stay there.

They will certainly stay there again. We are sorry we can only give them 5 out of 5 10 out of 10 would have been better

Perfekte Lage ,ruhig und sauber !

Wohnung sehr sauber und auch ruhig. Parken für eine Nacht nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen aber dafür praktisch und sicher im Innenhof. Parkgarage( ca. 100 m) über die Keplerstraße rüber für 2,.- Euro am Tag! Uns hat schon gefehlt das man mal richtig lüften kann, das mit der Hausinternen Lüftungsanlage ist nicht unser Ding. Aber für 2 Nächte geht es schon mal, auf Dauer oder für länger könnte ich mir so etwas nicht vorstellen. Bett im App. 4 schon etwas schmal ( max 150cm ) und einer schläft an der Wand. Küchenausstattung nur für das nötigste ausgelegt aber wer kocht schon im Kurzurlaub?

Um richtig zu stellen Richtig lesen! kostet die Tiefgarage 2,-€/ Stunde und nicht pro Tag! auf der Straße nur 1,80/Stunde jedoch nur für 3 Stunden erlaubt! Convenient location, good apartment, but ...

We have been there for three nights. The first impression we got was of disappointment. The apartment has no kitchen despite what the owners say. Just expect a boiler, a microwave and a basin. We argued about this with the owners who simply said that people were cooking too much so the stove was removed and in any case that was a kitchen to many. Didn't want to prepare large meals but be aware in case you plan to use the kitchen to prepare some food. Another issue is about parking. On the street is only three hours and the privat parking is additional.

Anything else is nice. The apartment is close to the city center, clean and moderately confortable for two persons on holiday.

Owner's Response: Dear Lorenzo The kitchen is described in the advertisement with micro, water cooker, coffee machine and no cooking plates no oven! The extra charge for private secure parking is also given. However, is not read and on check-in just everything complained. I would wish if the guests read all descriptions exactly and only then make the fixed reservation! Nevertheless they were yery nice guests best regards Gaby

Toller Ausgangspunkt in Graz

Schönes, modernes und funktionelles Apartement in sehr zentrumsnaher Lage an der Mur als toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und des Umlands. Unser Apartement 4 war für 2 Personen prima geeignet. Für 3-4 Personen wird es dann aber sehr eng.

Für Menschen, die es gewohnt sind bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ist das moderne Heiz- und Lüftungssystem ohne zu öffnende Fenster allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Positiv zu nennen ist aber vor allem, dass im Hof Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Wer die Parksituation und die hohen Kosten dafür in Graz kennt lernt dies zu schätzen.

schönes Appartement in Graz

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Appartement sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (der besagte Regenschirm bei Schauer z.B.), die Lage ist ideal, um die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, in der nahen Umgebung ist eine gute Versorgung mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Marktplatz, etc. vorhanden. Unser Appartement war zum Hof ausgerichtet mit Außenjalousie, also sehr leise.

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet mit Induktionskochplatte, Kaffee-Tab-Maschine und kontrollierter Wohnraumlüftung.

Bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist es ratsam, einen Stellplatz auf dem Hof zu mieten.

Wir würden das Appartement gerne wieder buchen.

Ideal um Graz zu genießen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Fewo sehr genossen.Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage der Fewo ist ideal, um Graz zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV zu erkunden und zu genießen.
