I am a 6th generation native to the Adirondacks. My ancestor Dr. Prescott rode with William Dawes and Paul Revere to the old North Church. Prescott & Dawes made it. Prescott entrepreneurs, migrated to the Adirondacks and opened a jewelry and watch repair business in North Creek in the 1800's. I grew up in that shop.
15 years ago I purchased another vacant historic building on Main Street a stable and livery that became the Hudson River Trading Co and thus my entrepreneurial path was on.
The Dr. Lee house had sat vacant next door for years. At the right time I purchased it. I had a vision for what could be.
Hudson River Trading Co offer's interior design services we are known for listing to our customers and the buildings who speak of their needs. With the Dr. Lee house the building spoke to us.
This exquisite restoration is a showroom for our talents in both restoration construction and design. And we are thrilled to offer it to guests to enjoy while they are in our Adirondacks.
