This property is just a stone's throw from the grocery store if you'd like to cook in the fully stocked kitchen or take a short walk to the award-winning Island Way Grill. The two-car tandem garage is over-sized for additional storage. Bask in the Florida sun at the heated pool which includes a hot tub and tiki hut. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo. Linens and towels are stocked at no additional charge. This is the beach getaway of your dreams! It's right off the trolley line which runs to all areas of Clearwater Beach 7 days per week. Catch a dolphin cruise by Pier 60, go to Jimmy's Crows Nest for free shots at sunset, drink in the views and live music at Palm Pavilion. Most of our family lives in sunny Florida. Clearwater Beach has always been one of our favorite places to spend time. Whether we're with the kids building sandcastles on the beach or spending time with our spouses or friends at one of the may restaurants, we've always thought, "Wouldn't it be great to be just a little closer..." That's why we purchased the Island Way condo. It's big enough for everyone to have their own space and we're close to everything on Clearwater Beach! The cousins love climbing the spiral staircase to spend time together in the loft (building projects, reading, coloring, playing board games). We can stay in and enjoy cooking a meal together or grab the trolley and head out for the evening. Summers feature the outdoor movies each week at Pier 60. There's just so much to do for all ages! We're thrilled to be able to share this beautiful place with you so you can make memories here, too! We enjoyed our stay. The condo had very comfortable beds and was adequately furnished and maintained. The pool was nearby, and a very pleasant setting.The location was ideal because of the proximity of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This was good because our grandchildren all liked the Dolphin Tale movies. At the same time being located just off the causeway to Clearwater Beach, even on busy days, it only took 10 minutes to get to the beach. Angela was very quick to respond to and help us correct a problem with the cable TV service. The wifi was fast.
The only drawback is that there are a lot of steps, which is a problem for those with knee pain.
Island Estates is a desirable area of Clearwater Beach. There are restaurants, shops, banking, a supermarket, and even a church within walking distance. It is quiet, yet active and a very short drive to the beautiful beach.
