The APARTMENT TIGERGASSE is a modern city flat, equipped with all possibile comfort for your short or long term stay in Vienna. The property has been furnsihed to a very modern style and high quality. The entrance hall offers a lot of storage room due to a large walldrobe and extra walk-in walldrobe. The bath offers bath with shower, bassin and toilet. The living room has been divided in to 2 area: lounge and bedroom area. In the lounge area there is a large sofabed with LCD-TV with cable TV, HiFi-System, DVD-Player and W-LAN-Internet. The dining area offers space for up to 3 people. On the side there is the fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area offers a very large double bed with 180X200cm and there is even a office table for your PC. The apartment is ideal for 2, but could also suite up to 4 people if nesessary. Perfect location midst in the city, but in a quite street. Modern funsihings with all comfort. If you travel by car - the next public garage is below our house!

public transport:: Just few steps beside our apartment is the station ALBERTGASSE of tram Nr. 2, 5 and 33. Tram Nr 2 . would bring you in less than 5 minutes to the Town Hall, Burg Theater, Parliament, Museums-Quarter and finally to the Vienna STATEOPERA - all attractions are located along this trams way! In the opposite direction Tram Nr. 5 will bring you to the Main Train Sation! At the station Townhall/ Rathaus you have the choice to enther the subway/ underground - line U2.

shopping: In a short walking distance you will find 2 large supermarkets with a large range of food an beverages open on 6 days per week. There are also 2 bakery shops, open every day (even sundays and holidays) for the perfect breakfast. Bank with cash mashine, pharmacy, tobaco shop, flowers shop, many boutiques, hair dressers and small shops all around. Perfect infrastructure infront of you home!

A nice holiday in Wien

The listing description of this apartment was accurate; the property was clean and well-maintained, in a quiet street; the manager provided to welcome us and recommend us a cheap car park: this one is far from the apartment, so I advise you to come back with Metro (taxi is very expensive!); my son and me spent very nice days in this apartment and in Wien. The location is close to Josefstaedter Metro Station, and in few minutes it's possible to go to all monuments, museum and castles in Wien. I recommend this property to all who want to spend a nice holiday in Wien.

Super!

Nous avons loué l'appartement du 02 avril au 09 avril 2016. Nous louons souvent et je dois dire que cette fois-ci, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Tout était parfait. Le propriétaire nous avait très bien renseigné par mail. L'accueil par Magged était exceptionnel. C'est une personne très sympathique. Il a sa licence de taxi et il peut faire le transfert de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'appartement. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme, tout près des commerces (plusieurs supermarchés à 5 minutes à pieds). Le tramway est juste à côté. Le métro est à 5/10 minutes à pieds. Nous allions souvent à pieds jusqu'au centre historique, 20 minutes de marche. C'est donc un appartement très bien situé. L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Le lit est très confortable. C'est très bien chauffé. C'est très calme. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la ville de Vienne.

Tigergasse is perfectly located ti enjoy Vienna

Thank you Peter for sharing your Apt for all to enjoy. The location was perfect - an easy walk to all the sites. If transportation was required it was a block away. The neighbourhood restaurants and shopping were exactly what we could have asked for. The Apt was exactly as described, very clean with everything we required to prepare a light meal after a full day sightseeing. We were met on our arrival as planned and with an efficient introduction keys were received. We will definitely return to your beautiful city and we will certainly stay at your Apt and we would recommend it to others without hesitation. Thank you for making our Viennese holiday so memorable.

Central location, clean, well supplied, great!

This apartment was great for our weekend stay. The apartment is very well supplied (utensil, plates, linens, pillows, blankets, hangers, etc) and very clean!

We were met at the apartment at an arranged time and given the key, as well as a tour of the apartment. The owner has left a booklet containing all information (who to contact for questions, wifi password, how to get to the city centre etc), it was very useful.

Location wise, it is JUST outside the centre centre of the city. This as ideal as we were able to walk to the famous 1st district within 10 minutes. We stayed 4 (adults) in the apartment and found we had enough room. Between the bed, couch and kitchen table/chairs, there is enough room to be comfortable.

Once we checked out, the deposit was transferred back to us without any hassle, within the time that the owner specified.

All in all, the experience at this apartment was very pleasant, we really have no complaints.

Ravissant appartement spacieux et lumineux

Appartement à la décoration design chic et sobre. Propreté impeccable. Equipements parfaits pour un séjour agréable. à 5 min du tramway, 10 min du metro, 20 min à pied du MuseumsQuartier. Tigergasse est une rue calme avec de nombreux commerces à proximité.Nous reviendrons volontiers!

All you need in Vienna

I and my husband stayed in this place on a week on a New Year. I was pleasantly surprised by Peter's professional, he immedeatly reacted on my request unlike other landlords. And you should be prepared to pay a deposit in advance. It was easy to find an apartment, not far away is the subway and tram stop. This place will be perfect for a couple - it's not so large, clean, very quite, modern and comfortable. Of the shortcomings can be noted is no washing machine if you're staying for a long period and some cool in the winter. It has really good location in quite area and not far from Ring and Old City - about 20-30 min for a walk and 5-10 by the tram. There are many supermarkets, cafes and restaurant near. In a coffe-shop on the street make perfect coffee. Hummel - is the great place to have a dinner.

Our apartment is located midst in the city of Vienna, in the 8.district. The property is located just few steps form the busy Josefstädter Strasse with its numerious bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hair dressers, ice crem shops ect. In less than 10 minutes walk you can reach the famous Theater in der Josefstadt. Tram station of 3 lines (Nr. 2., 5 and 33) By tram Nr. 2 you are reaching the city center in less than 5 mintes and can be at the townhall, Burgtheater, Parliament and Viennas State Opera House. The property is ideally located for Vienna stays with perfect infastructure with all possibile shops, bakeries, pastery shops and restaurants
