About the property

It's your opportunity to stay in this new exclusive beautiful town home in cocoa village, fl. Overlooking a picturesque marina on the Indian river. You'll find innovative architectural design in the tradition of a Parisian mansion. This structure is located at the heart of historic cocoa village with loads of activities, restaurants, shops & the cocoa village playhouse for your cultural enjoyment. Disney theme parks 45 minutes away. Home is 4 stories with a private elevator with access to each floor. The fourth floor consists of a luxurious master bedroom suite. The third floor has two additional bedroom suites. The second floor consists of delivery room and kitchen, dining area. There are rear patios from each floor walkout patios/terraces to the front north side overlooking the water. The first floor consists of the entrance foyer to the front and in closed garage parking to the rear. The owner could offer the accommodations for long-term rental at a reduced cost. Please contact me on TONY... cell phone 321-795-3177. The accommodations may also be booked for short-term rentals. Minimum two nights please.if you are a couple and require one, suite. This is also possible by contacting the owner so if you had four or six people price could be prorated accordingly. The area is first class and the location is great in historic cocoa village close to all the little quaint stores and restaurants.the cocoa village playhouse theater is just steps from your front door. The beach is due east over the bridge approximately 10 minutes .The space Museum and all that the parks are a short drive. We are located approximately 40 minutes from Orlando international Airport on the beach drive. Our area is surrounded by seven golf clubs all in a 5 mile radius, which is accommodative to non- members at a reasonable daily rate. Beautiful Views, Beautiful weather, tremendous view of Fourth of July fireworks, wonderful Local Bakery and Brazilian Restaurant along with a great Rental w/ an elevator -need we say more!! Our puppies enjoyed the views and we watched manatees play in the water along with cranes! Thank you again to the owners for everything. We look forward to visiting again!! The Gegan's

Very nice and new villa, lot of space and great views of Marina.

Excellent location and clean, Villa has private elevator which help when you travel with seniors members of your family. My mother in law love the villa/condo and she mention the kitchen and dinning areas were very spacious and the open design was a plus.

Very close to the Marina and Cocoa old town area with multiple options for restaurants.

I agree 100% with the previous review. This is a lovely property and made for a wonderful family vacation.

We made easy trips to Orlando and Cocoa Beach, and we had our view of the Indian River and the quiet and quaint Cocoa Village for walking to coffee shops, pubs, and great restaurants. Everyone wants to go back again.

What you see is exactly what you get. This townhouse is the perfect gateway to rest and breathtaking views from every floor.

There were a few small issuess as so often happens in a new unoccupied home but the owner was quick to make things right. Pleasant and standup person to deal with so Thank you Tony! For making our stay so pleasant,

We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai (how great to have a choice of 4 of them,) for our morning coffee,watching the dolphins play in the Indian River. In the evening,after a walk to Cocoa Village,just a few blocks away,we would return to embrace the comfort and beauty once again,

There is so much to do,so many parks with the panoramic view of the Atlantiv ocean

and River and most of it free,unlike our hometown in New England. Cocoa does a lot for its community and I found people to be laid back and friendly, We were happy to have such grand neighbors,

I hope to return to this great townhouse, I HIGHLY recommend staying here,,

these beautiful townhomes overlook the water and Marina and are on The main Street of the eclectic cocoa village. The area here is very nice with plenty small stores, restaurants and the theater right outside your door. The beach is a short drive over the bridge due east all the Florida attractions are close by. Great golf and fishing, boating and water sports abound. The theme Parks Disney, Universal,Seaworld and others are a short drive also, it's a fun area here close by the port of Cape Canaveral where all the cruise ships dock. The big gambling with food and entertainment is also located here and departs daily for a five-hour adventure. Of course, the rockets are also launched here and the Kennedy space Center and Museum is approximately 9 miles north on US one. Please call Tony for further information....321 795.3177
