By the ottoman in the living room with 2 sleeping possibilities are with the master bedroom, two separate bedrooms available. Kitchenette and dining area for self-catering or the many restaurants in the center of Laboe is just one of the advantages of our beautiful apartment. Shops, beach, the sea water wave pool or the sea center are within walking distance. Alone, the wonderful sandy beach will make your summer vacation a dream. Tolle Lage mit Fehlern

Die Elektroinstallation der Wohnung muß erneuert und verbessert werden! Am Bett keine Steckdosen, die Lichtschalter ohne Funktion! Der Durchlauferhitzer in der Küche sorgte für mehrere Stromausfälle(alle elektrischen Geräte der Küche haben eine gemeinsame Sicherung). Der Hausmeisterservice kam sehr schnell, hat aber nur den Boiler außer Betrieb gesetzt. Sonst alles in Ordnung. Leider ist der Strand in Laboe nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Eher als Planschbecken!
