Pick up some groceries from the store and cook in your airy kitchen! The chef in the group will love the stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and lovely wooden cabinets. At mealtime, there’s a rolling island in the middle of it all with two stools that can double as a place to eat and more counter space.
You can even eat outside on your own private patio! There are two chairs, so whether you want to enjoy your morning cup of coffee out here or whip up some sandwiches for lunch, you’ll have a great place to relax on sunny days.
This studio-style condo has one queen-size bed and one sofa bed with curtains separating them for a bit of privacy – perfect for up to four lucky guests! There’s one bathroom for everyone to use, and even a private washer/dryer tucked behind a closet so you can keep your things nice and clean.
Don’t leave the dog at home! For an additional nightly pet fee, you can bring him (there is a 50-pound maximum and some breed restrictions) along for the ride. Bring your laptop along too! There’s free WiFi throughout the condo.
Enjoy the fantastic community amenities in the Union SLU building, from a game room to a fitness center. There's also parking for compact vehicles and bikes. You’ll also enjoy a couple of gas grills and plenty of outdoor seating up on the rooftop deck, perfect for those sunny day barbecues.

Nice neighborhood, walking distance to Seattle Center, clean apartment, eat at Citizen, Pesos and Mollusk (a few doors down). Great experience. Parking is Very Tight! -back in
When I initially started looking for a place to stay, I knew I didn't want to go with an expensive hotel, share a home with someone, or be in a location far from the city center. When I found this location on Vacasa and learned that we would have a whole studio to ourselves, I was beyond excited. I was a little wary at first since no one I knew had used Vacasa, as they have not yet expended to my state. After booking, I received plenty of confirmations that we were booked and when I received the email a week before our stay, I was thoroughly informed.
The location was very easy to find, although we had a little trouble finding the black footprints at first. Getting the key card and finding the room was no problem. The studio was very clean and well kept. We were amazed with everything that was provided for us.
Transportation was no problem either. We could easily walk downtown, catch a ride, or use public transportation. This location was perfect for our trip and I will recommend Vacasa to my friends and use them in the future.
Seriously, what a joke. This trip may cause me not to continue using Vacasa. I am a frequent biz traveler between Portland and Seattle and Vacasa had been great until now as an alternative to AirBnB. Unit wasn't ready, I had to wait until 10pm to check in, lock box had no key card, thankfully the parking garage gate was broken in the open position, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get in the building at all. I needed to extend my stay another night for business and unfortunately the unit I was already in was booked so I had to book another unit in the building and pay all the ridiculous fees again. It cost me almost as much for a small 0 bedroom unit for 1 night then the 2 bedroom unit I booked for 2 nights and trying to transfer units was ridiculous! No prompt response, no return call. If I didn't happen to run into the local operations manager in the parking garage I probably would have never had access to the new unit! And the new check in procedure having to print out the email and write in my name and age and # of guests and sign it and email or fax it back is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient especially when traveling. You need to set up a system for repeat & frequent client/renters to streamline this process. Sometimes I don't know I'll be traveling until the night before I book a unit and no where does it state anything about same day bookings not being an option. I am in the real estate/property management business so I know what level of service to expect. In addition to my recommendations about a streamlined booking service for repeat renters I also recommend you refund my three night stay. That's what a good business does when they make mistakes and want to keep improving and keeping customer loyalty. I look forward to seeing how you handle this and your response.
This studio was great for an extended stay near South Lake Union. Free parking, walking distance to Lake Union, grocery, and a transit stop right out the front door. We'll be back!
The furnishings were extremely cheap and fragile
Incredibly comfortable space with the comforts of home! Super easy to walk to the main attractions and if you're feeling adventurous up to Queen Anne. Overall a great experience — this made me never want to stay in a standard old hotel room ever again.
