Time for a trip to Seattle? You’ll love staying in this wonderful pet-friendly condo right in the middle of it all, with gorgeous views of the city from the shared rooftop deck!

Located in the middle of the city in the Union SLU Building, a half-mile from the Seattle Center and a third of a mile from Lake Union, your wonderful studio-style condo will put you just a short walk from many of the attractions that make Seattle so famous.

Spend time in the main living area, watching something on the flatscreen or chatting on the lavender pullout couch.

Pick up some groceries from the store and cook in your airy kitchen! The chef in the group will love the stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and lovely wooden cabinets. At mealtime, there’s a rolling island in the middle of it all with two stools that can double as a place to eat and more counter space.

You can even eat outside on your own private patio! There are two chairs, so whether you want to enjoy your morning cup of coffee out here or whip up some sandwiches for lunch, you’ll have a great place to relax on sunny days.

This studio-style condo has one queen-size bed and one sofa bed with curtains separating them for a bit of privacy – perfect for up to four lucky guests! There’s one bathroom for everyone to use, and even a private washer/dryer tucked behind a closet so you can keep your things nice and clean.

Don’t leave the dog at home! For an additional nightly pet fee, you can bring him (there is a 50-pound maximum and some breed restrictions) along for the ride. Bring your laptop along too! There’s free WiFi throughout the condo.

Enjoy the fantastic community amenities in the Union SLU building, from a game room to a fitness center. There's also parking for compact vehicles and bikes. You’ll also enjoy a couple of gas grills and plenty of outdoor seating up on the rooftop deck, perfect for those sunny day barbecues.

From your wonderful location, you’ll be an easy walk away from Seattle attractions, whether that be the Space Needle or the MOHAI museum on Lake Union. Wherever you choose to explore, this Seattle condo is the perfect home base.

About Vacasa, WA - Seattle Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Nice apartment in a great location.

We rented a studio apartment in the Union SLU building for one week while in Seattle for annual medical appointments at SCCA. The price was great compared to hotels in the area and this close proximity to the clinic. The fact that it has a kitchen and washer/dryer are an added bonus. The building is very conveniently located. Two blocks from Lake Union, 10 minute walk to QFC grocery store, 15 minutes to Seattle Center, 30 minutes to Pike Place Market, and close to many great restaurants and places to shop. We travel to Seattle each year and this, so far, has been the most convenient place we've stayed. Access instructions were pretty easy to figure out and we did not need to interact with building management for anything. The added bonus of a private secure parking garage with about 30 spaces was great, but don't expect to easily park anything larger than a compact car (we rented a Subaru Imprezza) 4-door hatchback - garage never had more than 7 or 8 cars in it. We will definitely inquire about this property again next year.

The room was very nice with great decor that seemed quite new. It was hard not having anyone around to talk to at check in with any issues. I struggled to get in the E lock as the word on the top of the lock is a button which I didn't know at the time. I had to call for assistance however it just kept going to voice mail.

The location is pretty unbeatable in Seattle and is a very quiet and safe area.

Very hot, lights that don't work, rock hard bed

  • 1 of 5

When we arrived the unit was extremely hot. Initially we thought this was due to the warm temperature outside. However, it was due to the heat being left on to 80F. It was so hot the unit never cooled off even with the door and window open.

The vanity light in the bathroom did not work making it impossible to see in he mirror. The mattress in the second bed which is a pullout couch was as hard as concrete.

When we brought the above items to the attention of Vacassa they told us they had already taken payment so there was nothing they could do for us. Really!! Guess they have never heard of refunds.

Not good value for your, or anyone else's money. Do not stay here.

Nice place for a single traveler or couple. Well equipped, and surprisingly a washer and dryer. Great neighborhood with easy access to downtown Seattle

Room was spacious for two nights. No AC and the fans didn't help much.

  • 2 of 5

The instructions were not clear at all. Took me an hour to get into the room. Called Vacassa three times and took them a while to help me out. Room was clean but I constantly woke up sweating. Garage spot was at the end right next to the wall. Garage and rooms not marked at all
