WE ARE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY. WE PURCHASED THE SAND DUNE IN 1976 AND BUILT THE DUPLEX IN 1994. WE CONVERTED THE PROPERTY INTO TWO TOWNHOMES IN 2012 AND SOLD SIDE B (RIGHT SIDE). WE STILL OWNED THE ORIGINAL DUPLEX AT THE TIME OF SANDY. BECAUSE OF THE SAND DUNES AND THE QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION, WE WERE UNTOUCHED BY THIS EPIC STORM. OUR SIDE A (LEFT SIDE) FLOOR PLAN IS A MIRROR IMAGE OF SIDE B. DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, SIDE B MAY BE LEASED DURING THE SAME WEEK(S) AS OUR SIDE A.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND EXPANSIVE LIVING AREAS.

THIS IS A HOME WE WILL LOVE FOR LIFE!

MY WIFE, DIANN, AND I ARE RETIRED AND LIVE IN THE VILLAGES, FLORIDA. I AM A SUB TEACHER AT THE VILLAGES CHARTER SCHOOL AND VOLUNTEER AT OPERATION HOMEBOUND AND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY. DIANN IS AN ACTIVE VOLUNTEER AT OPERATION HOMEBOUND AND HOSPICE.

I'VE BEEN VACATIONING IN BRIGANTINE SINCE I WAS 5 YEARS OLD. WE HAVE LEASED OUR VACATION TO MANY REPEAT TENANTS OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS FOR ANNIVERSARIES, FAMILY REUNIONS, WEDDINGS, ETC. ON JUNE 19, 2010, OUR SON WAS MARRIED ON THE BEACH. THE BRIDE WALKED DOWN THE DUNE WALKWAY TO THE BEACH. MANY OF OUR GUESTS WATCHED FROM OUR OCEANFRONT DECKS. THE WEDDING RECEPTION WAS HELD AT THE BRIGANTINE GOLF CLUBHOUSE WHICH IS ONE MILE AWAY.

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful stay in Brigantine! The house is spacious and well equipped with excellent views from the decks. Pat was helpful and east to get a hold of. We are looking forward to returning!

Great Time On Brigantine Beach!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The first time my three adult children and my grand kids all went on vacation together. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to sleep comfortable.

The kitchen was huge and well equipped. We ate all our meals on the 2nd floor balcony looking out at the ocean. Extra umbrellas, beach chairs and carts were very appreciated as we were not prepared for the whole crew to go to the beach. Would not hesitate to book again!

Relaxation without compromise

My wife and and I, our twin 2 year old boys, my 5 year old daughter and my sister in law and her boyfriend spent a week here and it was amazing. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out, beds for everyone, seating area in the large dining space for everyone, even guest pull out beds for our guests for a few nights. The beach is a quick 3 minute walk and one of the two entrances had an outdoor shower (one at the house as well). The view is unobstructed to the ocean from both decks and the rooftop was heaven in the evenings. Ice cream, a few bars, souvenirs, and groceries are within 5 minute drive. we were close enough to run back to use the bathroom or get anything we forgot when going to the beach. The baby monitor even reached the roof when we went to enjoy the stars and the view after putting the kids down. Only complaint was that the week went too fast!

Beautiful, Spacious and very clean

We loved all the perks we had for our week stay. We enjoyed many of the spacious floors with which we could spread out and also with much entertainment for all. With large families that need room, we had it all. To start with, we enjoyed a very large kitchen and den or family room on the same floor or downstairs to the game room which had a pool table and piano, extra bed and tv. The bottom floor also had an outside bar with lots of room. Each bedroom had a porch or wraparound for great views outside and the beach. The extra stairs led to the roof where you could sit and take in even better views of the beach, sunsets etc. Off of the kitchen was a porch which we used a lot. So much to see with passers by. We really enjoyed our stay. This property is literally behind the dunes and practically on the beach. It was a very memorable vacation for our family and we would do it again. Thanks so much!!

Great beach front experience with easy access to the beach!

We have stayed in this house many times over the past decade and it has always been a great experience. The owners (Patrick and Diann) are very easy to work with and are very responsive. The house itself is in great shape and the open concept main floor is great for entertaining. The views from the multiple decks that overlook the ocean (including a roof deck) are second to none. The easy access to the beach make this beachfront property the perfect vacation spot in Brigintine.

I highly recommend this property and will definitely be planning another vacation here!
