Set in the sought after upscale Bitterroot neighborhood this is the perfect juxtaposition between 'downtown' with its thriving shopping, bar and restaurant scene and yet your home is private and secluded in an oasis of nature. It's an easy walk or bike to either Sun Valley Village or Ketchum town center. Accessed by a private lane off SV Road, there is practically no vehicular traffic in this protected little sanctuary. But on foot or bike you needn't follow the road: there's a footbridge over the creek leading into town! Take your pick between the ski park at Dollar Mountain of the famous alpine skiing of Baldy just minutes by car in either direction!
The home sleeps 9 comfortably. Configured with families or adult groups privacy in mind the master suite is situated on the north west side of the house with king bed, TV and cable and en suite bathroom complete with walk in separate shower and french hot tub. Views of Dollar mountain of one side and a beautiful deck over looking the garden on the other. The ample square footage, high ceilings, smooth flooring in the kitchen and warm carpets throughout and abundant natural light make the space for easy living. A wide-open floor plan opening from the kitchen and dining area to the Great Room (with real wood fire places in both) to the spacious deck on the main level, which is complete with high end BBQ even in winter! There are a total of 4 bedrooms: the master is on the second floor along with a further queen and a double bunk room which share a convenient bathroom with double vanities and separate tub/shower and on the first floor there is a further queen with a separate tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new furnishings and equipment as is the Great Room with ample loungers and luxury leather chairs plus a 42 inch flat screen TV, cable and free internet. The house also has a double garage to keep your car free of snow and ice.
I have always loved to ski and have done in many areas around the world, sunvalley is world class, that where I want to be. the quality of the ski area and facilities is first class, the consistency of the conditions, the great food and wine and the people that are attracted to Sunvalley. It has a huge master with great facilities, large bath and study.

Our home is right on the edge of down town, walking distance to restaurant's bars and close to all ski areas. the free ski shuttle is 3 minute walk. we are in a private estate built around a beautiful mountain stream.
