Beautiful Victorian house just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and a short drive to beautiful beaches. Retreat back to this historic house and enjoy all of its newly remodeled amenities and private garden oasis. Modern luxury meets history in this well appointed, charming family home.

When you stay at the Weeden house you are close to restaurants, Flagler College, the Lightener Museum, horse carriage tours, trolley/train tours, art galleries and all the sights and attractions of America's Oldest City. This 3,300 sq/ft house has been beautifully remodeled by its current owners. This house has old world charm, yet features 21st century decorating and technology.

Gourmet Kitchen:

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, wine cooler and all other necessary appliances. Those who love to cook dinner at home will find this kitchen is delightful. There is a large stainless prep table (with seating for 4), black granite counter tops, a farmhouse apron sink, and plenty of storage space in the cupboards and pantry.

Living Room/Dining Room:

There is an open plan living room and dining room with two double French doors opening onto a large outdoor deck. The living room has two couches and features a 55" wall mounted TV. The dining room has a large family style round table with seating for 8. A half bathroom is located off the living room.

Master Bedroom:

The master suite is spacious and beautifully appointed, additionally it opens onto a large porch. Crawl into the king sized canopy bed and watch a movie on the wall mounted 42" TV. The room has an attached bathroom with spa tub, walk in shower with dual shower heads. There is plenty of storage space clothes and shoes in the armoires and chest or drawers. A hairdryer is also provided.

Other Bedrooms:

There are 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor, both bedrooms have queen beds. The third floor is a split bedroom, the large open floor plan has a queen bed and sitting area with 40" TV on one side, and a twin bed and sitting area on the other side. All of these bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower, located on the second floor.

Outdoor Spaces:

The secluded backyard, a rarity in the downtown area, has patio tables and umbrellas for enjoying Al fresco meals and quiet family time. There also is a porch accessible through the master bedroom, it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee!

Library/Office:

Suddenly need to get some work done even though your on vacation? Or, just want a quite space to read a book? The library/office is your place, it features a comfy couch, a wall mounted TV, plenty of books to read and games for the whole family to play! There is also a modern desk and chair if you need to get some work done.

The whole house features high speed internet, and Direct TV with NFL Ticket. There are 5 TVs throughout the house, including a 55" TV in the living room.

Other Amenities: Utility Room with washer and dryer, hair dryer, umbrella (in case it rains), beach chairs, beach towels, crib/high chair (available upon request).

House Rules:

This house is in a historic residential neighborhood, so we request that our guests respectfully limit noise/music after 10pm. Also, social events are not permitted at the house.

As in most downtown residential areas, parking is very limited. Our house has off street parking for 3 normal sized cars or 2 large cars. If you have more than 3 cars or if you will have guests please let us know so we can coordinate parking with you and our neighbors.

No events, gatherings, pets, smoking, parties, disruptions or other disregard of lease terms can occur or terms of rental are void and immediate eviction will be enforced. Persons other than those specified in the booking are not allowed in/on the property unless approved by us in advance. If you would like to have a visitor please coordinate with us in advance. Please let us know who, when and for how long you expect your guest. Parking will also need to be coordinated as we have limited space.

Fire code restricts persons on the property to no more than 20 at any time, this includes the garden area. If fire code is broken security deposit will be forfeited.

This property is licensed with the City of St. Augustine as a vacation rental.

A very delightful stay!

The Weeden House is a beautifully maintained home. The minute you walk through the front door you can tell how well it has been taken care of. It is a potpourri of unique pieces of furniture and a canvas of art. The kitchen is a culinary delight. Each of the bedrooms promise a restful night's sleep with fresh linens. The backyard is spacious and inviting. We have stayed here twice and are looking forward to returning to the Weeden House.

Fantastic house

I had a fantastic time the house has everything and close to town as well. The yard is great the rooms super comfortable the beds are yummie . Sooo much room for all six of us to hang out. And tv sets in all the rooms. Alexa played our music and the master bedroom was huge. We totally recommend this house. Ryan was very detailed about locks Wi-Fi and parking. As I said this house has it all.

Delivers as promised!

This house is beautiful and comfortable, clean and spacious. It delivers as promised! We had a family reunion here and there was great space for socializing as well as private space as well. The house is located about 1/3 a mile from the "downtown" area by the waterfront, which makes it very convenient. If you like walking, you can park the car at the house and be in the center of old St. Augustine in 15 minutes. The Distillery is a block away and that was a fun tour and a great place to eat. The restaurant Preserved, is within yards of the house. We had a great stay here!!!!

Wonderful Home!

The Weeden House is beautiful & comfortable. It's very spacious & very clean. There are lots of amenities including a dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, washer & dryer, Alexa, beach chairs & umbrellas.

We were able to walk to our Trolley stop, the historic downtown district, lots of restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, etc. The Weeden House is convenient to many places in St. Augustine.

Ryan (property contact) was always courteous & quick to reply to all of our questions & concerns. He is extremely helpful. Thank you Ryan for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Girls Trip in St. Augustine at the Weeden House

My sisters, Mom and I spent our annual 'Girls Trip' at the Weeden House in St. Augustine this year and had the BEST time yet! The Weeden House is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern touches and I can truly say that we felt so comfortable in the house that it was hard to go home. Not only was the location to historic St. Augustine stellar, but the local neighborhood also had shops, great restaurants and the St. Augustine Distillery. Ryan (owner) responded almost immediately to any question I had during the trip and had the house completely ready and welcoming at our arrival. This was the cleanest property we've ever stayed at and the attention to detail (such at plush, soft towels, bath salts, shampoos, two comfy bath robes in the Master Bath, amazing gourmet kitchen, high tech equipment like Alexa) provided by Ryan made us all feel pampered...best VRBO experience for us so I highly recommend this house for your vacation and I know that you'll be extremely happy with this VRBO choice!

Location

Most attractions are within a short walking distance from the house. If you dont want to walk, you can take a pedicab, taxi, or horse drawn carriage. You can also enjoy a trolley tour of downtown, there are even trolleys to the beaches.
