This second-floor Chelan condo overlooks the mountains and beautiful lake from its exquisite sundeck. Excellent for a family getaway on a budget, this condo is close to the park, the lake, and even has a shared pool and hot tub, so you can take a dip when the weather gets hot!
Seattle is only about 180 miles away, and Spokane is just 150 miles away, making for an easy roadtrip for your vacation away from the hustle and bustle of home.
Hang out at the breakfast bar while drinking coffee, or relax in the living room, watching the flatscreen cable TV in the entertainment center. Take note of the wonderful fireplace (seasonal restrictions permitting) that will keep you warm in the winter.
Cook up a feast in the lovely kitchen, complete with everything you could ever need, then eat around the six-person dining table. You can even head outside to your very own private balcony and enjoy cooking something on the gas grill while you look out at views of the lake.
At bedtime, choose between two different bedrooms (both with chic queen-size beds) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Up to six guests can sleep here comfortably with all of these sleeping accommodations, as well as two full bathrooms (one connected to the master bedroom).
Take note of the free WiFi, but don’t work too hard! And if you need to wash off your swimsuits, the washer/dryer is the perfect addition.
One of the best things about staying at Park Pointe is the shared swimming pool (open seasonally beginning in May) and hot tub, so make sure to take a dip! If you’re not really big on the water, you can always relax and sun yourself in one of the many lounge chairs.
A short walk from the lake and downtown Chelan, you’ll have plenty to do! Stop at the Lakeview Drive-In for some good, old-fashioned burgers and fries, and afterwards watch the sun set from your spot in Lakeshore Park.
No matter how you choose to spend your beautiful Chelan vacation, this wonderful condo has it all. Book today!
(Please note that all guests at this home must be at least 25, unless joined by a legal guardian or parent).
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This condo was homey and very clean. It did not have a DVD player or cd player. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap, and extra towels. Only 6 provided, but 2 of those could be pool towels. Master bedroom bed is on the soft side.
This condo had comfy couches, plenty of sleeping arrangement options for the kids, with extra bedding provided. Everything was functional. Great location near downtown even within walking distance. Has all the basic amenities. Great view from living room of lake & snowy mountains. Quiet property. Hot tub very close & ping pong in club house. Spent the day at echo valley ski area about 20min away XC skiing (even 6 year old loved it) & went tubing & snowboarding with rope tows as well! Great way to introduce kids to snow sports!! Not crowded & lower prices. Came home had a fire (need presto logs) made dinner everything you need is provided but need your own spices & oil.... played family games. Able to do laundry. parking not an issue. GPS on everyone's phone shows that 808 Manson HWY is "The Lakehouse by whyndham" but you need to keep driving around the bend to see Park Pointe.
The place is not fancy, the beds were comfortable .....but nothing is better than your bed at home! The place had everything we needed, for a nice snow-cation.
The condo is just as it appears on line. Very clean and comfortable. The TV was difficult to manage without a guide and we could not find the DVD player. Had I realized the cleaning fee was going to be so high, I would probably have selected another property. And then to ask us to start a load of wash at that rate...Really?
This second floor condo is very user friendly and spacious. It also sports a wonderful view of Lake Chelan, and is close to downtown restaurants and grocery shopping. Appointments/furnishings are builder grade, but certainly adequate for a short vacation stay. Overall, we enjoyed this condo and would happily return.
A group of friends and I recently enjoyed a stay here for the weekend. We had plenty of room for 3 couples. The location was great for us, close to town and a short walk from several places we wanted to go. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the beautiful view of the lake. Very relaxing!
