Large windows overlook the 17th hole of the Sleepy Ridge Golf Course, Utah Lake, and Mountains. Fast and reliable internet is provided along with smart TVs in the living room, game room, and master bedroom logged into Netflix and Amazon Video. Premium features include soft water and solar power. There are 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds and 1 king in the master). All of the beds are Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses or better. There is also a spare room with a premium quality queen air mattress and a Pack 'N Play. This is the perfect location for families or work trips looking to stay in comfort under one roof.

We aren't around during the summer months but have people available to assist you during your stay if needed. We have a walk out (separate) basement entrance we use the few months out of the year we stay in the home. The garage parking is shared and that is it. The main and upstairs are exclusively and privately your own.
My wife and I love to travel. To be honest it was more my wife rubbing off on me that turned me into a traveler! In our first year of marriage we have traveled to Florida (twice) for the beach and Universal Studios, California for Disneyland, Cancun Mexico for a resort and swimming with dolphins, and NYC for everything (incredible place). Before we were married I did a service trip to Ghana and my wife spent 4 months in Thailand teaching English. We love meeting new people and experiencing new places and adventures!

I've never done the staying at someone else's home before, but after staying here, I'll defiantly do it again! We went to UT for my sisters wedding and it was perfect! Everyone could come and go as they please, it was nice for others to just hang out there and relax during the craziness. Parking for 4 cars was awesome, enough bedrooms/bathrooms where everyone's comfortable. The house was so cute inside and all the latest upgrades. Brock was so awesome to work with and was sure to let us know to make ourselves at home. It was great to hang out as a family in a home instead of individual hotels rooms. Thanks Brock for a great stay we really appreciate you offering your beautiful home to us.
This is the perfect rental house for large families coming from out of town for an event like a wedding as we did. Light, open on the golf course for golfers! I give it and Brock an A+++!
We absolutely loved staying at this house! It was new and clean and perfect for our family of 6. Each bedroom was spacious and was very comfortable. Brock was very responsive to all our requests/questions. The views were beautiful and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was close to BYU and was in the perfect location for all our activities around Utah Valley. We look forward to staying here again! Thanks for a great place to stay!
We loved staying at this house. It is a fairly new built home and has a terrific view of the golf course and Utah Lake. It is convenient to BYU and UVU and also for accessing I-15. The neighborhood is top notch. The owner was very responsive in all of our communications and the home was well stocked. It accommodated our party of 9 very comfortably.
My family just stayed at this home for graduation weekend. The home is beautiful ( with stunning views!), very clean and comfortable. Brock was very accommodating and responsive to any request we had. At first we thought it was going to be odd to be there with them in the basement but he was right - we didn't know they were there! We would absolutely stay here again.
Recently spent a week at this wonderful property. We had a daughter getting married locally and needed a home large enough for some extended family. The home was very comfortable and was very easy to access as the home is just a few minutes from I-15. Brock was very helpful and made sure we were familiar with the home. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The view from the back patio is incredible with the property bordering a golf course and then the mountains in the background. We hope to return soon and anticipate contacting Brock again to arrange another stay.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed on or in the premises.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not
stay overnight in the property. Maximum of 10 guests are permitted on premise.
3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that
occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not
responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By
accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the
risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite
to use the premise.
4. Do not move any furniture around (especially beds) for any reasons. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The home has wood floors so please remove shoes when inside the home. Also please limit food and drinks to the kitchen area.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: Please try to keep vehicles parked in the garage or driveway areas.
Please park a car in the one car garage and a car behind the one car garage.
Parking on the road should be kept to a minimum out of respect to the neighbors.
Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are
the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath
towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental
rate. We ask that towels or linens not be taken from the units.
