Schmucke 3-bedroom apartment in Lucerne, max. 4 people

Charming 3-room apartment in a privileged location on the outskirts of Lucerne for 2 to 4 people. The house, which was soon to be built, with a view of Pilatus and Rigi, was stylishly renovated and equipped with the latest technology (solar power, wood central heating). The apartment is located on the ground floor of the three-storey house with separate entrance. Living rooms and bedrooms have smart wooden floors. Bathroom and kitchen are covered with slate tiles. The apartment has a wi-fi connection.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a Tiba stove (wood burning and electric with 4 hotplates) and a dishwasher. There is a new fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a kettle. The equipment includes cookware, pans, cutlery and crockery for 10 persons. The traditional Swiss fondue set and a raclette oven are also available

Living / Dining: In the living-dining room is a large yew wood table with 8 chairs. In the same room is a heated antique sandstone stove with two benches for warming up after winter excursions. A high chair for children is ready.

The comfortably furnished living room / bedroom has a pull-out, comfortable divan bed for two people. On request, an additional reserve bed can be placed here. This room can be used on the one hand as a bedroom and on the other hand for watching TV, reading, playing or chatting.

The bedroom has two single beds, which can be positioned next to each other or separately as needed. On request, a baby cot can be placed.

The bathroom has a modern washbasin with mirror cabinet, a bath with shower attachment, a separate shower and a toilet.

Pergola and parking: The apartment has a welcoming, surrounded by vines pergola with large dining table and chairs. A barbecue is available. A second secluded patio is located on the south side of the house and offers plenty of morning sun.

A garage or an outside parking space for a passenger car is available. Pets are allowed on request.

Public transport: The nearest bus stop is about 50 meters from the house. Lucerne City can be reached by bus in about 12 minutes.

Vegetables from the garden and fresh eggs are available on request from the landlord.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, es ist im Küchenbereich alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird, die Schlafgelegenheiten sind sehr gut und bequem, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer ist ein großes Sofa mit Schlaffunktion, es gibt einen Raum mit riesigem Esstisch und einen Ofen, den man mit Kaminholz beheizen kann. Im Bad sind WC, Dusche und Badewanne und ein Spiegelschrank mit Steckdose und Adapter vorhanden. Der Fernseher mit unendlich vielen Programmen und ein Internetradio sorgen für Abwechslung. Es gibt ein schnelles WLAN. Der Hinweis den Tellpass nutzen zu können, war goldrichtig, da sich das wirklich gelohnt hat, Rigi, Pilatus, Titlis, Schifffahrten und vieles mehr waren eingeschlossen. Es gab sogar einen Garagenplatz für das Auto. Kurzum das war eine tolle Woche, die wir verlebt haben. Danke!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und man hat auch mit 5 Personen (vier Erwachsene, ein Kind, ein Hund) genügend Platz. Der mit Holz beheizte Sandsteinofen erzeugt eine sehr angenehme Wärme und stellt gleichzeitig einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz dar. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht, wie in der Hausbeschreibung dargestellt. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher, auch zum Wechseln, vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft Freitag abends fanden wir alles Notwendige für ein Frühstück am nächsten Morgen vor (selbstgemachte Marmelade, Butter, frische Eier, Aufbackbrötchen, Milch) sowie ein kühles Bier für den ersten Durst.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben wunderschöne Weihnachtsferien verbracht

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub bei Fam Amman verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, vor allem wegen dem Ofen im Wohnzimmer, auf dem man sitzen kann und der gemütliche Wärme ausstrahlt. Es gibt immer frisches Holz, womit man den Ofen füttern kann... Die Lage ist perfekt - es ist ruhig und mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum.

Große, saubere und ruhige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, so dass wir alle Ziele problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen konnten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man doch noch etwas benötigt, wurde seitens der Vermieter sofort geholfen. Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher fahren.

Haus Rigiblick is located on the outskirts of Lucerne in Adligenswil. The beautiful village offers shopping, post office, bank and various restaurants. Adligenswil is located on a hill and has a unique view of the mountains. The city of Lucerne with its world-famous sights such as the Chapel Bridge, the towers of the Musegg and the beautiful churches can be reached by bus or car in just a few minutes.

In the attractive and car-free old town of Lucerne you will find a large selection of restaurants and exclusive shops for a leisurely shopping spree. The weekly market on the Reuss on Tuesday and Saturday mornings is one of the largest and most beautiful markets in Switzerland.

The Swiss Museum of Transport, the largest museum of transport history with its own 3D cinema, is also just a 5-minute drive or bus ride away from Haus Rigiblick. Directly next to the Verkehrshaus is a boat station of Lake Lucerne with many cozy bathing spots.

Far beyond the country's borders is also known the Lucerne Carnival, a primitive customs at the end of the winter (from the dirty Thursday to Ash Wednesday in February).

Ski: From Lucerne, various attractive ski resorts can be reached in less than an hour. Ski equipment can be rented in Lucerne or directly in the ski resorts.
