This beautiful 16th floor beachfront condo will provide you all of the comforts of home along with a beautiful view down the beach in both directions from huge balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom.

With two bedrooms, two baths, and a convertible sofa bed, this property sleeps 7 people comfortably. You also have breakfast area and a dining room, a Florida room that looks out over the intracoastal waterway, and 1,800 sq feet of living space. This is one of the largest condos you'll find in this price range!

The condo is nicely equipped with a 50 inch UHD television in the living room along with a Blu-ray player and high quality sound bar. The bedrooms each have 43 inch high def televisions, also. The Florida room has a desk with computer for guest access, and the whole property has wireless high speed internet.

The kitchen has recently been updated with brand new stainless steel appliances. With the exception of the second bedroom, the entire property has tile floors. Both bathrooms also have large tile showers, and the master bathroom has a second shower that is handicap accessible.

The large balcony that stretches from the living room to the master bedroom, with sliding glass doors on both, has high quality patio furniture so that you can sit and enjoy the sound and view of the waves.

Great Condo !!!!

We enjoyed a very relaxing two week vacation here. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Its very clean and the beds slept great. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. We visited the Kennedy Space and Rocket Center,Blue Spring Park and St. Augustine. We checked out the Farmers Market and bought some of the best strawberries.

Stressful

I was going to let this go because the property was acceptable. However, now I am being billed out of money wrongfully as well. So here goes. My family arrived at the condo on the 19th of July for a two week stay wit our two dogs. We were there for all of a couple hours before we were bothered by the front desk lady accusing or dog of being over the weight limit, which he was not, according to our contract. This should have been our first indication. Saturday we get a knock on the door. It's the police. Apparently, as dogs do, they barked at strangers. This precipitated a call to the police. Now I get that the condo can choose to have what they want there. But my dogs are not vicious. We stayed in four other hotels in this vacation, including the Biltmore Hilton, without a hitch. So who seems to really be the problem? However, as soon as we spoke with Mr. Ortscheid about the problem, at which time we were not even on property, we made arrangements at a boarding facility(to the tune of 800 unexpected dollars.) The dogs never returned to the property, and now Mr. Ortscheid is informing me that he will be keeping my security deposit for a 400 fine he says the condo is levying on him. For what only heaven knows since the dogs didn't stay. This is the most stressful vacation I've ever had!! I won't be returning. It doesn't matter how close to the beach you are if you are worried at every second about every move you make. This condo is nowhere near worth the stress and the bother.

Owner's Response: This review isn't very truthful. In reality, the condo board has two separate incidents on video where the tenant's dogs lunged at people and barred their teeth, ready to bite. The people the dogs tried to attack complained to the condo board, so the board assessed fines, as vicious dogs are prohibited from the premises. The lease says that those fines are the responsibility of the tenant. We have appealed to the condo board trying to get the fines reduced or waived since the tenant removed the dogs after the second incident, but it's up to the board to make that decision.

Great Spacious Condo with Fantastic Ocean Views

We found the this condo very beautiful, relaxing and to have all the comforts of home. This condo is right on the beach where we appreciated fantastic views of Daytona beach. We were a party of 2 and brought along our English yellow lab. The condo unit was well laid out and matches the photos on the VBRO website. The couch and master bed were very comfortable. Listening to the sounds of the ocean was relaxing. We found that the kitchen and laundry room had some little extras that I wasn't expecting, such as coffee filters, paper towels, laundry detergent, which made it easier since we traveled far. The pots and pans and other small appliances worked well. We didn't use the pool, but we did use the hot tub which was good. The condo has a security system in the lobby and in the unit, so we felt safe. The ladies at the reception desk and neighbours were very friendly and helpful. The condo is located at a main intersection at the bridge over to the mainland, which made it convenient to travel around. Since dogs are not allowed on the beach, we found we had to travel to find a suitable place to give our dog better exercise. We found a great beach in New Smyrna Beach called Dunes where we could walk on the beach with our dog. We ate occasionally went out for breakfast or supper. We recommend folks try Aunt Catfish, Backyard BBQ, Captain Pizza and Beach Bagel Cafe. Todd was very responsive to my booking questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.
