Amazing , professionally interior designed 3 double bedroom , 5 bathroom apartment, with an additional maids room , fully furnished to a luxury five star plus hotel standard , with maid service included , and a welcome pack on arrival.

This is the perfect location for any type of stay in Dubai - all-year-round holidays, sightseeing, relaxing , approved and licensed by the Dubai Tourism Board.

Located at the exclusive Al Bateen residences , on the famous exclusive JBR Walk , on a high floor with unobstructed magnificent full sea views from all full size windows.

A lovely and bright apartment, with a view of the marina and sea from the master bedroom and the sea from the two other bedrooms , We offer two luxury king size beds with deluxe sweet dreams mattresses in the main and second bedroom and two good sized single beds with deluxe mattresses in the third bedroom , with an additional small bed in the maids room , all bedrooms are en-suite with showers , toilets and basins , there is also a bath in the master bedroom, in addition to a shower. A guest toilet and basin, is conveniently located in the entrance hallway.

Electric curtain tracks throughout to help you effortlessly control your curtains with just the touch of a button , whether you want to welcome the morning sunshine into your bedroom or achieve the right ambient lighting for film night !

In addition two large beautifully furnished balconies with access from the lounge and bedrooms , enjoy the views of the Persian gulf, smoking is allowed , ONLY on the balconies.

The apartment size is a huge 2,300 sq-ft (214 sq metres) giving a feeling of space and tranquillity .

We can comfortably accommodate up to eight with a maximum of 7 adults only.

The maids room / child room which although smaller than the other rooms and more suitable for a child , is beautifully furnished with an en-suite full bathroom, including shower.

Guests have direct access to a private beach with trendy sun loungers umbrellas and licensed beach bar /restaurant ,

Al Bateen is the ONLY residential tower in Dubai to currently offer this and makes our apartment very unique and special being paired with the DoubleTree Hilton hotel.

We have two pools , a large heated or chilled infinity pool and a shaded children's pool with lifeguard , solely for the benefit of owners and guests , the lovely licensed beach bar which guests can use , offers great food and beverages , water sports are also available on the beach jet skis, water skiing , boat hire , fishing , paddle boarding etc .

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need , free WI-FI two of the latest large Samsung smart TV systems one in the lounge 52 inch the other in the master bedroom 48 inch , two blue-ray DVD players , a Samsung surround home theatre sound system, plus a complimentary TV package with over 200 channels, including English, Russian, and Arabic channels including news and movies , the very highest standard of soft furnishings and kitchen appliances (child safe locks) The kitchen has a large fridge / freezer, a ceramic hob cooker , oven , microwave , dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a washer / dryer in a separate laundry room.

Separate air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms for your comfort , and plenty of fitted wardrobes , dressing tables etc and hanging space in all bedrooms fixed hair dryers in all bathrooms and additional unfixed regular hairdryers.

Secure underground parking for two cars if required.

A 50-storey beachfront residential tower of 304 units and a 24-storey hotel tower of 110 units, under the management of an internationally renowned hotel chain DoubleTree Hilton , this apartment offers luxury hotel like living at a fraction of hotel rates for rooms , smaller not as well furnished as Al Bateen residences up to 60 percent cheaper for three rooms and we have four.

Prominently located on the beach front of the Hotel and Retail belt of Jumeirah Beach Residence , Al Bateen Residences at JBR is one of the most sought after exclusive, newly developed residential developments. Premium facilities such as a state of the art gym , a large and attractive infinity swimming pool , private beach access , security guards , life guards , also a great Kids Club ( Kidz Venture) and crèche on the first floor if you need a break they even host birthday parties! and we have two very good hair salons.

There is some construction work being carried out off JBR walk mainly the amazing New Bluewater's island this is the same for everyone on JBR walk and much of Dubai and shouldn't affect your enjoyment as we are located on a high floor.

A 24 Concierge and full 24 hour security , adds to its appeal, however its location , fantastic interiors , plush furnishings are what really set this development apart.

There are numerous well known restaurants for every taste and shops on your doorstep , including chemists , supermarkets, fashion retailers , and even a open air multiplex cinema on Jumeirah beach !

The amazing new tram will take you to all the sights in Dubai if you want to venture out , the station ( JBR 2) is located just a few minutes walk away) and connects to the metro to take you anywhere in Dubai.


We provide a 24/7 meet and greet service at the property with our professional local agent no matter what time you arrive they will be there to check you in , and are available for any requests during your stay , complimentary bathroom amenities (Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap). Housekeeping will complete a full service twice a week or daily upon request , and includes a full change of bed linens , sheets and towels.

An extra bed is available, a baby cot upon request .

2015 from Lucy ,We travel to Dubai at least 3 times a year and can honestly say this apartment is the best place we have stayed , the location is perfect situated on the popular JBR Walk where everything is going on & you want for nothing, even a well stocked supermarket is on your doorstep. The views from every window are absolutely stunning & the large kitted out balconies make it the best and most comfortable place to watch the sunset. The furniture & interior are by far the most luxurious we have seen , the amenities made our stay better than any 5* hotel, the infinity pool overlooks your own private beach which has sun loungers, umbrellas & access to the hotel bar for food & beverages. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious & spacious place to stay in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already re-booked in May 2015 for a longer stay of 10 days as 6 was simply not enough.

The reason we love this place is it make your stay very special having your own beach the only residential building in Dubai to date and the facilities of the adjoining hotels the licensed beach bar is great which is part of our beach and serves food, watersports are close at hand great for keeping the kids happy . Fantastic, exceeded expectations

I absolutely loved the apartment. The view is sensational from all bedrooms and we spent a lot of time on the balcony simply enjoying the views.

The space is indescribably, there were eight of us and we had enough space for everyone.

Living area is huge.

All in all I would only ever book here if I was staying in Dubai. A couple of minutes walk to the beach which saves money on taxi fare. The pool is great and the property looks better in real than in pictures.

Wonderful Location Great Apartment !

This was my second vacation in one of Natalie's apartments after a recommendation from a good friend and i wasn't disappointed!

We had never visited Dubai before and really didn't know what to expect , we needn't of worried ! it couldn't of been better the apartment was easy to find the agents met us at the property and helped us up with the luggage and showed how everything worked really it's similar to checking into a hotel and had that feel about it , there was a very much appreciated welcome pack as we had a late check in , with water biscuits tea bags milk etc and the whole process far exceeded our expectations.

It's a huge apartment even for seven of us and a baby, plenty of bathrooms 5! , and beautifully furnished and maintained the views are fantastic some building work going on near JBR walk on the new Dubai eye which we found fascinating it's a large ferris wheel couldn't hear any noise from the apartment though . You are right on JBR walk where everything is going on in the area it's got all the shops and restaurants you could possibly need , the whole JBR area is clean and as a family you feel very safe and comfortable we loved it.

Location, Location, Location. Absolutely a jewel in Dubai

The views as others have said are good, not spectacular. But the host and the crew makes up for that in a heartbeat. And the location is impossible to beat. At the quiet end of Jumeirah Beach Walk. So away from the hustle and bustle, yet a few steps away from all the action.

I don't think I will stay anywhere else on my next visit to DXB.

Superb family stay

An excellent location,lots of space, beautiful decor, great swimming pool and beach. The icing on the cake was the beach bar next to the pool. We couldn't fault it. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Best Holiday Ever!!

This was the best holiday me & my family have had not only in Dubai but anywhere in a long time. We usually stay in a hotel but there were a few of us this time on a family New Year holiday, so we decided to stay in an apartment to all be together & it was certainly the best choice for us, the apartment was huge & we had more than enough space with our own bathrooms as there are 5 of them!!! It's so modern & has everything you need & more, the location is perfect & you have so much to choose from, you never get stuck for things to do. The New Year's Eve celebrations & fireworks were truly amazing & when the construction of Blue Water island is complete the views from the apartment will be out of this world, we cannot wait to return, this property is the perfect choice, thanks Natalie for all of your help.

We felt at home from the minute we arrived, lovely spacious apartment even better than the pictures , very comfortable, spotlessly clean with great furnishings and perfect for a large family like ours.

The location right at the end of JBR walk was great and the views amazing we planned to travel a little , but didn't really need to everthing you could need is right on your doorstep, we hired a car but i really wouldn't bother we only used it once!

The service from the owner and the agent was excellent and friendly our flight was very late but that was no trouble to them,the agent waited and helped us up with the luggage hope to return soon.
