Enjoy your concentrates or flower on our deck, in our indoor smoking. Sit and relax in our hot springs spa while enjoying the Colorado weather and looking at Pike’s Peak. We have over 2,000 square feet of deck for you to enjoy with views of Pikes Peak, we also provide and sell smoking supplies for your 420 needs. Warm yourself up by our wood fire pit or our gas fire pit. We do have very friendly dogs on the property, but do not allow others to bring pets, unless they are service dogs with all the proper paperwork.

2 Bedroom, 1 bath suite. Has 2 full beds and 2 queen beds. We have over 2,000 square feet of deck for you to enjoy, we also have an indoor marijuana smoking room. We have dogs on the property, but do not allow others to bring pets, unless they are service dogs with all the paperwork. Because we are marijuana friendly ALL guests must have VALID picture ID's and must be 21 or over to stay on the property, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are also a tobacco free property. No smoking tobacco anywhere on the property EXCEPT by the wood fire-pit. We live on the property as well.

Our house sits on over half an acre, we have kept the property as natural as possible, it is very private and off the beaten path while still being right in the city. We love to live here and love to share our happy home. We do have 4 dogs that live on the property. 1 Weimaraner, a blue heeler and a Pomeranian. They are all VERY nice. They may bark when you arrive, but are not aggressive at all.

Guests have their own fridge in the laundry room, there is a Foosball table, gas fire-pit, wood fire-pit, guests can use the hotsprings spa for a fee, living rooms and all of the outdoor space. There is seating indoor and outdoor for leisure and meals. Plenty of parking is available. We will provide the code to the front door and guests can come and go at their leisure 24x7.

Awful, awful, awful

If I could give it no stars I would. We walked through the house passing the rv in the driveway that was hooked up to the house. I can only imagine that the owners were living in the rv to accommodate paying guests. The house was cluttered and dirty - stunk of dog dander. We passed the owners bedroom and wandered into the office that looked like someone was in the middle of a large project and had just gone to the loo or been vaporized... Apparently our room was passed this point, but we were so disappointed by the initial experience that we decided not to even stay there.

My sec dep was refunded immediately, but no refund was given for the cleaning that they didn't have to do and probably didn't do before hand either. There was lots of stuff on the kitchen counter tops which I discovered was a shared kitchen. The advertising was very misleading in many ways. Knowing that we were attending parents weekend it would be decent to let someone visiting from out of state (FL) know that there was possible marijuana activity instead of a code - 420 in the text/headline. I would never have booked a place that allowed this activity if I had known what that meant. This was my first experience with VRBO and needless to say it was not a good first impression.

If marijuana is acceptable to visitors and is indeed legal in Colorado, then it should be advertised as such and not done cryptically with a code.

That aside, the smell was overwhelming and even if there was not the overarching problem of the cryptic disclosure we still would not have been able to stay there as my husband is allergic to the pet dander and I was assured that "the dogs were not in our part of the property". We were given the impression that this was a separate entity to the main house.

Does VRBO actually have any standard/inspection criteria?

I cannot express how deeply disappointed we were and how it disrupted our visit to our son on one of his few weekends allowed away from USAFA.
