The heated pool has a enclosed lanai, covered porch area, and a child safety gate. The house has central AC, ceiling fans, as wall as a washer and dryer. Walk out from the master bedroom, driectly on to the porch. Beautiful corner lot. 15 minutes from Downtown Naples, minutes to old Naples, walking distance to shopping and stores. A short drive to beautiful beaches, 5th Ave., golf courses and parks. Community club house with a heated pool, jogging path, tennis, and fishing pier. Well behaved pets welcome.

The pool and lawn are professionally maintained and meticulously cared for. This property and Berkshire Lakes has so much to offer. The neighbors are extremely friendly as well as helpful. Old Naples is only minutes away with fine dining and exceptional shopping.
