Positives: one of the best ski in ski out locations in Keystone, heated attached parking. Negatives: King mattress is very very worn out/uncomfortable with low quality linens. Management company did not provide wifi connection password in check in documents nor was that info in the unit. Management company did not inform in person or in any of the documents or in the unit that your garage key (not room key!) is needed to access building-essential info not to get locked out apres ski.
Loved the location, parking situation, and living space. Didnt love the glass ceiling that builds loads of condensation and drips all night, or the key that didnt work and was difficult to replace. The building insisted that we have a parking permit under threat of tow, but Summit claimed that we did not.
Things to bring if possible: your own pillow.
Things you dont need to bring: crock pot...there are 4 of them in the unit, swim trunks since the hot tub was only 90*.
All-in-all would stay again, especially at this price point.
