A 3 bedroom corner duplex. Situated in lovely communal gardens with communal pool. Ideal summer holiday rental close to all amenities and walking distance from the sea - excellent location. The property is a pleasant 10min walk to the popular sandy Arenal beach. Property includes sitting /dining area which opens onto shaded terrace with outdoor dinning table. Modern decor throughout with aircon and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Take a walk down to the sandy Arenal beach or just relax in the sun by the communal pool or go snorkelling/diving in the cove just a 5 min walk from the house.
There are also a number of excellent golf courses in the area of Javea and Denia a short drive from the house.
Javea is a delightful resort. The Aranel beach is a short walk away and is very child friendly having a gently shelving long sandy beach. Also close by are quiet coves where we have enjoyed snorkelling.
The property is accurately described, clean and well maintained and has a high degree of privacy. On our visits the communal pool and garden area has been quiet and the swimming pool clean.
The owners appear to take an interest that we enjoy our time there and have provided contact numbers should we encounter any problems.
Having spent many hours trawling through holiday home websites I am so pleased to have discovered this property that I am now booking my third consecutive year (never having visited the same place more than once previously). The property is a home from home and we make good use of the nearby supermarket and kitchen facilities. There is a good choice of restaurants in the area for those seeking more frequent dining out.

Having spent many happy summers in this delighful, comfortable and very easy to use property, i would highly recommend it to anyone, of all ages. It has something for everyone. Set in a small and private urbanisation, it offers the safety and flexibility for those with young children who need to run around and let go! The pool is always welcomming and quiet and has a small paddle area for the very young!
The famous Arenal promenade and its beaches are just a few minutes walk away which is great for those who dont need or want to rent a car.
The house offers all mod cons, especially the air con is a must for those who are not used to the heat!
I know i will always go back for more.
Just returned from Javea after a relaxing 10 days.
This property is modern, clean, spacious with lots of homely comforts. The air con and ceiling fans make life very comfortable during the hot weather. It is well situated by being 15 mins walk from the main Arenal beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The only minor concern was the rear garden backs on to a busy road (the picture on the website could give the impression the garden has access to the pool - it hasn't)
Communication with the owners, for information and payment, was very easy.
Thoroughly recommend this delightful property.

Easily accessible being an hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports, Javea has a wide range of fine restaurants and trendy bars, many looking directly over the sea. Escaping the high rise mentality which has plagued so many Spanish sea side towns and with its beautiful country side and wine region on your door step, it’s easy to see why Javea is one of the most exclusive addresses on the Costa Blanca.
Javea is divided into three areas, the Port, the Arenal and the Old Town. The Port is a traditional fishing port with a marina, cobbled streets, an elegant promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Arenal has a beautiful sandy beach, a lively promenade with shops, bars and restaurants and is ideal for children. The Old town is a typical Spanish town with narrow streets, tapas bars and a weekly market.
