T3 apartment in a luxury front line residence Located in Tighert, 35 KM north of Agadir on the road to Essaouira.

The residence "Les Méridiennes" is a secure luxury residential complex with private security.

Consisting of 60 apartments with a parking space in a fully secure underground car park with access through remote control electric gates, two swimming pools (adult and children's pool), with access to a large private beach located to the front of the complex.

This kind of residence is quite exceptional in Morocco due to its front line location on a beautiful rocky coast, nestled in the mountains and in a calm location far from the frenetics of a busy city.

Access to the apartment is through a private staircase from the communal garden area. The unique location of the apartment on the 3rd floor of the residence permits an extraordinary 180 ° view of the rocky coastline and small fishing port located directly in front of the complex.

1. Taghazout village - well known surfing destination (10 minutes)

2. Aquapark (10 minutes);

3. Many fish restaurants at reasonable prices ...

4. Two 18 hole golf courses (designed by Kyle Phillips, 15 minutes).

Les informations contenues sur le site correspondent très peu à la réalité:

1) Le logement n'a pas été nettoyé à notre arrivée, ma conjointe et moi avons du le faire avant notre installation.

2) il y avait une serviette pour 4 personnes, nous avons du en acheter.

3) les portes-patio du salon et des chambres ne se verrouillent pas, n'importe qui peu rentrer dans le logement, nous avons du transférer tous nos objets de valeurs chez quelqu'un de notre connaissance.

4) Mais le pire, c'est la qualité de l'accueil qui laisse à désirer. Le propriétaire réside au Portugal, son représentant n'était ni courtois, ni disponible.

5) C'est vrai que le prix de location est compétitif. Mais si je devais répéter l'expérience, je payerai davantage pour un meilleur service.

Owner's Response: Bonjour, Bien que n'habitant pas sur place, je conteste formellement vos dires et je peux faire témoigner mon gestionnaire sur place qui vous a accueilli et s'est occupé du nettoyage et de la maintenance de l'appartement. Comme avant chaque arrivée de locataire, l’appartement a été parfaitement nettoyé et les équipements vérifiés et aucun de vos dires ne sont vrais: quand vous êtes arrivé, votre fils a cassé la poignée de la porte d'entrée, ce que vous avez nié d'emblée et vous avez inventé ces désagréments pour ne pas payer vos dégâts. - Serviettes: quand on vous en a proposé d'autres, vous avez répondu que votre famille allait vous en apporter; - Les serrures des portes fenêtres ferment parfaitement, encore faut-il apprendre et savoir s'en servir... - Il y avait une odeur de gaz: votre fils avait ouvert 2 robinets...! - Cuisinière: elle fonctionne parfaitement et il suffit de suivre les desseins sur les boutons... - Accueil: mon gestionnaire est quelqu’un de très courtois connu dans la résidence car il en a été le promoteur... Dans un soucis d'apaisement et de courtoisie, j'ai accepté de ne pas retenir le prix de la poignée cassée sur votre caution mais je n'aurais pas dû croire en votre bonne foi...!
