This location offer a respite from the congestion found in other parts of the city. The large one acre lots and unobstructed views provide a peaceful rural setting that is difficult to find so close to town. You won't hear the constant buzz of passing cars and trucks in this area, just a bit of nature and plenty of peace and quiet. There is also very little light pollution in this part of town so after the sun goes down you can enjoy a great view of the night stars and city lights.

I'm not sure why, but we were a little leery of staying in a trailer in someone's backyard. But boy we were pleasantly surprised! The place is PERFECTLY appointed. The details are actually quite extraordinary. Our pups had plenty of spaced yard to roam and we even had friends over to play in the game room. I bet the place is really beautiful in the warmer months, but it was very cozy for the holidays just the same. Jeff was attentive without being overbearing. We highly recommend this place and will certainly be back.
Quiet, comfortable elegance! Major offerings (that you'd expect at big resort properties) all within short walks from your well appointed lodging. We were greeted by the owner Jeff who took us on a tour of the property. Jeff made sure that we knew where the infra-red sauna, work out facility, pool table and hot tub were. On the way to our lodging we were treated by the inviting colors of the garden from which we were free to pick (to spice up our meals)! Wow, what hotel offers this type of amenity?
Can't say enough about the five star experience! Highly recommend!!!
Hoyit & Lorri
Everything from beginning to end was perfect. We spent five nights here during the 2016 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Thanks Jeff for quickly answering our questions (before booking, before arrival, and during our stay), sharing the logistical info we needed to get around during the Balloon Fiesta, and providing one of our very best VRBO experiences. We've stayed in many VRBOs throughout the U.S. This VRBO is quiet, convenient, and was filled with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.
What a great time we just had at this wonderful location!! We read all the reviews prior to booking our stay and now that we've been there, we couldn't agree more with all the raving reviews. The view is spectacular, Jeff is kind and attentive (as needed), the bed is amazingly comfortable, the game room was SUPER fun, and the place is cozy. Jeff provided every. single. thing. you could want while vacationing, and then some. You can tell he takes great pride in attempting to make this the #1 place to stay while in Albuquerque. Thanks, Jeff! If we ever come back, you'll be our first call!
If you are looking for comfort, location and everything you would ever need for a great vacation this is the place! Jeff made our vacation all of the above. The VRBO is advertized correctly with all the extras. Jeff was friendly and professional. The trailer was very comfortable and was the best stocked place we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had coffee, several types of tea and extras. Jeff welcomed us with a detailed book of things in the area and how to run all the extras included with the rental. The frig door was stocked with drinks and mixes for a small fee and the money went to a local charity which was a nice touch. Snacks and candies were left for us. Jeff even has a back and foot massager for relaxing after you have had a full day of nearby attractions. Shower with seat was great and towels thick and comfortable. Extras in shower of shampoo etc. The outside was comfortable and private with table, chairs, grill and a garden just for you. Playground, hammock, hot tub and games. The garage was great! We played pool, ping pong and foozeball while listening to music in the air conditioning. There was so much there from exercise equipment, canoe, paddle board to a sanua! We enjoyed going up on the lookout for 360 degree views of the area and getting to the balloon museum, Sandia Tram that are close by. Everything is close and the neighborhood is safe. We saw a bobcat and her two kittens while driving there and got some great photos of them and the area! I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Jeff's little piece of paradise!
