Ricardo and his family are wonderful guests. They stayed in our house twice. They are very friendly and accommodative. For instance, when the shower valve was not working right, they were patient and informed us of the problem and gave time for it to be fixed. Same with the Faucet. Raul and Fernanda have a great sense of humor and are fun guests. We look forward to their next stay in our house. 5 Star Guests!!

Good location, nice house

We had a great stay in West LA. Very close to the metro and freeway. House is a bit older but beds and kitchen utensils are in great condition.

Cute, quaint, and comfortable

My family had a great time staying at Ron's property. It was clean and cozy. It felt safe and was close to everything, my kids were able to walk about 3 blocks away to the train and take it to the Santa Monica Pier in no time! Close to UCLA and eateries, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the house and the location!!

I was travelling with two friends and we stayed in this 2 bedroom house and absolutely loved it. The location is great only 10 min by car from santa monica pier and it is located in a quiet nice little Street. Everything was super easy from check- in to check- out. We had no problems at all and would definitely stay here again. I can certainly recommend staying in the house.

Convenient

Property was well presented. It is basic but had everything we needed and was convenient to our activities in LA. We didn't use the nearby public transport but it was close. I would be happy to stay here again. The owner responded quickly to our enquiries.

Immaculate property for a great price and pet-friendly

Our options were not many since we were traveling with a dog, however this house turned out to be a great rental, in top condition and very comfy. It is very close to a Metro station and the Santa Monica freeway, so location is hard to beat in terms of easy access.

The pull out couches turned out to be comfier in their couch mode rather than in the bed mode. The rest of the beds and furnishings were more than adequate. Kitchen was great, would only suggest adding a non-stick pan to the inventory. People with severely misbehaved children may be concerned with glass center tables.

Neighborhood seemed very safe and reasonably lit (compared to many parts of LA that don't have adequate street lighting), there was some noise due to the freeway proximity barely audible from inside the house though. Although posting depicts location accurately, the property is not in Brentwood as the title suggests, since it is south of Wilshire, but who cares?

A great stay, and a deal hard to beat. Thanks Ron!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review Alejandro! I will check on the location, it used to show close to I 10 freeway and Bundy. I heard the county changed some addresses to include South and North Wellesley ave. I will check into that. Thanks again for letting us know. Exactly what we needed.

This was a good find for what we needed out of our stay. The house was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The location was on a nice, quiet street, but right in the thick of things. Some close by places to walk to, but also an easy uber ride away from everything else. The house lacked a bit of character and wasn't really decorated in any certain style, but that wasn't really why we were staying there, so wasn't a big deal at all. The rooms are big, the kitchen is updated, AC unit if you need it, and wifi worked well. Also- one suggestion is to add bathroom rugs! We had plenty of nice towels, but nothing to step onto when we got out of the shower and stepped onto the (somewhat slippery!) tile. Other than that, we had a great stay and would rent again. Thanks!
