A choice of two Luxury 2 bedroom apartments, both furnished to a 5* standard

Parque da Corcovada is a development of luxurious apartments and villas in the heart of Albufeira, with all possible facilities and amenities on its doorstep. The apartments have large balconies, superior quality furnishings, and enjoy the benefits of communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens. They feature fully equipped Danish kitchens complete with Siemens appliances. Bedrooms and living areas enjoy quality Brazilian wooden floors. All patio doors and windows have electrically operated thermo-lacquered aluminium shutters. Cool basement parking is also available. This holiday development is fantastically located close to fine sandy beaches, golf courses and other sporting amenities. A short journey to local attractions such as Zoo marine, Aqualand & Slide and splash. There is a swimming pool area with a separate children’s pool, there is also the Corcovada bar/cafe with children's playground and mni-golf a short walk away.

This luxury 2 Bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable, furnished to a very high standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 3 separate balconies with sea views overlook the pool area. The living/dining area separates to create a second bedroom or should a couple be using the apartment adapts to create a spacious living area. There is a sofa and chair giving seating for 4, and dining for 6 should friends visit. There is TV, DVD or a CD player for your entertainment. The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with all amenities. The bathroom in the apartment has a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with a King size bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is lift access to the apartment and designated underground parking. Families are well catered for with a cot and high-chair available. This apartment is ideal for a couple or young family.

Excellent holiday penthouse.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Albufeira staying in this penthouse in Corcovada for 10 days. The penthouse has everything and more you need, it catered for everybody, all ages, from babies to adults. Attention to detail was second to none. The wi-fi was fantastic for our teenage son and for us to keep in touch with home. The kitchen has all the mod-cons. The extremely large balcony was a favourite with all the family with plenty of space to eat outside, relax and sunbathe on the loungers provided. It overlooked the pool which was reassuring to be able to let the kids go down and you can keep an eye on them. It also overlooks a natural reserve and a sea view. The pool isn't the largest in the complex but definitely more secluded and adequate for everyone. The complex has an on-site restaurant and a new Irish Bar/Restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The owner, Paul, was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. He has gone the extra mile to provide entertainment in the apartment with a media box with abundance of movies if you fancy a night in. The free transfers were very much appreciated and the service provided was excellent both on arrival and departure. The Corcovada complex is ideally situated for all amenities close by, with the many beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, the bustling strip and accessible to the Old Town. We have no hesitation recommending this penthouse and definitely will be back again. Ian, Catherine and family. Dublin.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for a week in august and already planning another trip next year.

Apartment is a home from home with everything you need, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and hob etc

This apartment is at the rear of the block so overlooks the pool and has views from the 3 balconies towards the sea.

Air conditioning in every room is a great comfort.

Paul is a very good bloke to deal with, airport transfers provided and lots of information about the apartment and area.

The block is linked to number 37 and share an adult and childrens pool. This never got too busy even in mid august.

We were a family of 4 with an 8 and 2 year old. Unlike others a cot and high chair were provided free of charge which is another bonus.

The apartment has a large bedroom with plenty of storage, and then a 2nd bedroom which is made up from sliding doors/walls in the lounge.

Overall plenty big enough for our family.

The complex is close to many places to eat and supermarkets but far enough that the area is quiet compared to the strip which is only 500 yards away.

We will be going again which is the best recommendation I can give.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment the 1st week of October 2013, we had clear blue skies and the temperatures reached 43 degrees.The apartment is of a very high standard, very spacious and spotlessly clean.

The pool area is lovely and also very clean.

Restaurants are only 10 mins walk away and lots of variety, our favourite was The English Country Cockeral. Must book as always full we only manage to get in once during our weeks stay, it's closed Mondays.

The beachs are about 15-20 mins walk away.

Paul the owner is very helpful and there are lots of info at the apartment.

Airport transfers are a big plus.

I would strongly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Cumming holiday in May

Apartment was exactly as described, clean, quiet and great location. Pool facilities were excellent, had the pool area to ourselves most of the week. The customer service provided by owner was excellent, airport transfers were spot on and a variety of local information provided was most useful. We would certainly book this apartment if travelling to Portugal in future and will recommend to family and freinds.

Stayed in the Villa owed by Paul in the last week of May 2010.

3 Lads coming over for a chilled out week. We arrived at 8pm (should have been 1pm due to the ash cloud and a challenge Aneka trip from different UK airports!!) to be met by a nice Brazilian man called Alex who was very friendly and dropped us at the apartment post haste and told us of some good bars that we could go to.

On entering the Villa we were all taken aback by how good it was inside. Furnished to the highest quality and with all the mod cons.

1 Double bedroom a twin bedroom, A/C in every room and a kitchen fully specced. The 3 balconies really topped it off.

Just the right distance from the strip and the beach to be walkable and 4€ in a taxi to the supermarket, old town.

The guide Paul has prepared is also a right treat, go to the water parks if you can they are a real laugh!

The pool is outside of the apartments and gets the sun until about 4pm when we were there (more than enough!) the aparments are serviced and maintained to a extremely high level and are very secure. Safe is also included in the bedroom for passports. Full access to Sky TV is a nice touch.

Would just like to thank Paul once more for the excellent service. Will be booking a return trip very soon.

Albufeira, Portugal's most popular resort, has been described as the “Tourist Capital” of the Algarve, spreading from the old town both east and west along the coast, its sandy coves and golden beaches drawing an assorted crowd, from families with young kids to retired couples. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer provided. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests are requested to bring own beach towels. The apartment is serviced twice weekly. A weekly clean, linen and towel change and a mid-stay towel change. There is a lift to the 2rd floor for access to the apartment. Underground parking is provided in the basement of the Block. Block 36 and 37 share a pool area consisting of a large pool and a separate children’s pool.
