Welcome to one of the most gorgeous townhomes in Sun Peaks! Located in desirable McGillivray Creek and completely renovated, this 1660 sq. ft. 3 bed 3 bath 1/2 duplex with bonus room in the basement has everything to make your stay at Sun Peaks a dream.

Relax by the fire after a day of skiing or unwind in the outdoor hot tub.

Our home offers a very well appointed kitchen, including a raised bar with seating for breakfasts or for sharing a glass of wine with friends while you cook! High end finishes include granite counters & gas appliances. Heated tile floors throughout the main level. Spacious living room with fireplace, flat screen tv and seating for the whole family. Cozy reading nook overlooking the patio with views of Tod Mountain. Dining room has seating for 8. There is a 3 piece bath off the kitchen in the entry with a shower.

Master bed upstairs with queen bed, tv, 3 pc. ensuite with heated floors, private balcony with Tod Mountain view. Bedroom 2 upstairs has queen bed, bedroom 3 has queen bed, main bath upstairs has a full tub/shower, sink & toilet, & heated floors.

Our basement rec room also has 1 twin bunk bed and a pull out sofa bed (full) for additional guests.

All linens and towels are provided for use in the home, however please bring your own beach towels for use in the hot tub.

The garage space offers a rec room with fooz-ball, heated storage for all of your skis, snowboards, snow gear. Laundry is located in the utility room off the rec room. Additionally in the basement is our bonus space - there is a tv, a couch and chair which makes a great spot for the kids to hang out and have their own space!

Our home is an easy 5 minute walk from the village which offers tons of great restaurants, shops, a wonderful spa in the Kookaburra lodge which is about 3 minutes from our place - treat yourself to a massage there for sure but book in advance!

As we do back onto Mt. Morrisey (my favorite - less traffic!) you're literally on the lift within 10 minutes of getting your gear on. It's perfect and there is a ticket booth there so if you don't already have a lift ticket you don't have to go into the village first! Morrisey offers up plenty of runs to suit everyone! For those who prefer the excitement of Tod Mountain just head on up Morrisey and take the connector run into the village. Sun Peaks is the best village in BC for getting around.

If you're looking for summer accommodation you've hit the jackpot!

McGillivray Creek backs onto the beautiful Sun Peaks golf course which offers a challenging and enjoyable round with spectacular views. Bring extra balls for number 17!

Sun Peaks offers tons of summer activities, there are open air concerts most weekends in the village, a wonderful farmers market on Sundays from 9:30 - 1:30 featuring lots of local artisans, there is always something going on. The alpine hiking is world class with plenty of trails to choose from. And the downhill mountain biking is always a good bet - with longer runs than Whistler and plenty of challenging runs if you haven't downhilled at Sun Peaks yet you'll be in for a treat when you get here.

Our hot tub has seating for 6 adults and is located in a cozy and private little nook downstairs. Perfect spot to hang out and relax after a day of activity.

*PLEASE NOTE* As this is our family vacation home, it is best suited to families, mature groups and couples. It is not a party house.

Our strata also adheres to a strict noise policy between the hours or 11pm and 7am and it should be noted that those are quiet hours and violations may result in eviction from the property.

Avid skiers, with two elementary aged children and two grown children, my husband is a lawyer and I work for a custom home builder. There's nothing we enjoy more than getting out of the lower mainland and heading to Sun Peaks with our family.

Having rented for many years at Sun Peaks, we finally decided it was time to have our own piece of heaven at the ski hill. Once we decided we lucked into finding McGillivray Creek and it is absolutely wonderful! Sun Peaks is the perfect ski location - the snow is always plentiful and this mountain offers something for everyone. The village is a 5 minute walk and a lovely area to spend time in. Whether we're skiing or snowboarding in the winter or hiking and golfing in the summer, Sun Peaks offers the best of everything in a vacation location and we couldn't be happier with our home here.

What makes this townhome unique

As the property backs onto Mt. Morrisey once you're in your gear you're skiing in minutes! Ski in and out. What could be better! Our unit has gorgeous views and tons of light. Vaulted ceilings, heated floors, spacious living room with lots of room for everyone.

Absolutely lovely!

Several friends and I were up in Sun Peaks for Foam Fest and decided to rent something more than just hotel rooms. Enter this absolutely lovely place in McGillivray Creek. There were 8 of us and we were all very impressed at the accommodations - cooking supplies, wifi, hot tub - it was a great place for all of us to sit back and relax before and after the event. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the hot tub, and that it really was only a 5 minute walk to the village! The owner, Kimberly, was a pleasure to talk to and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location … Perfect for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 8-day stay at this property in Sun Peaks for our family ski vacation. The location is perfect for Ski In/Ski Out access and walking distance to the village along a "Narnia" like pathway in the woods - complete with lamp posts!

The property is well equipped and had everything needed - from kitchen supplies to extra blankets and pillows. For ski vacations, one of the best aspects to this property is the tiled garage where you keep all skis, boots, and wet ski gear. Very ingenious design with shelving unit over a heater to dry gloves, socks, helmets and boots to be ready for the next day!

The first ski runs of the day on Morrisey Mountain were magical as the sun hits a run called "Sticks" where the snow glitters like thousands of diamonds were sprinkled on the fresh snow fall. This was our first time skiing Sun Peaks and the kids skied more terrain than ever before as there are runs for all skill levels.

The owner, Kimberley, was a pleasure and she ensured we had everything we needed. The accommodations are very clean and well decorated with large dinning table for family meals which is important to us for family time and chatting about the days adventures.

We would definitely stay here again!

The skiing and the accommodations were excellent!

As big as Whistler but without the crowds. Great intermediate runs and challenges for all kinds of skiers. The condo was well appointed with nice upgrades. The kitchen had everything we needed, including basic food items (that's a first), and a superb knife collection. Wifi, Bluetooth stereo and AppleTV...sweet. The garage is a ski equipment warming station complete with fusball. We used the hot tub every day. Ski in and out, of course. We'll be back!

high end vacation home

We had a great time at Sun Peaks, weather was perfect and the townhome was even nicer than the pictures. We've stayed at Trails Edge in the past which was nice but McGillivray Creek is definitely an upgrade! The kitchen had lovely granite counters and had absolutely everything you'd need - even baking supplies. The owner Kimberley was very easy to deal with and responded very quickly. Will definitely come back!
