Born and bred on Long Island New York, I'm currently retired and traveling the world. I was in Law Enforcement for over 30 years and now do seminars and teachings in Holistic Emotional Therapy in various places in the world. I have 2 grown sons whom I raised as a single Dad, and life is good! This was our personal vacation home for all the "growing years" and now we share it with friends and relatives on a regular basis and like adding to our "family!"

The obvious reason is it's proximity to all the major Theme Parks. This is the Vacation Capitol Of The World! Also beautiful beaches are only an hour and 20 minutes away!
Owner was very accommodating and cooperative. He and his staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was both enjoyable and memorable.
My wife and I highly recommend "Steve's Condo". I turned to wife as we were leaving to come home that, I feel like I am leaving my own place. My wife smiled and agreed with me that we felt "at home" there. We will return. I want to thank Steve and his local property manager , Janet for a wonderful stay. Steve, I recommend you get some better photo's as the ones you have do not do it proper justice. You have a lovely condo and we are grateful we had the opportunity to enjoy our family time together. At no time did I ever feel I was in a hotel room. As ridiculous as some may believe. I felt as if it was a place of my own with all the conveniences I would want and or need for my stay. I do not want this review to sound like an over kill but I am speaking from a very relaxing 15 night stay away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life at home. Thank you again, Steve. Because some areas of this unit are wall to wall carpeting and other areas are tiled, there is a NO PET POLICY. A Pet fee (included in the Security Fee) is listed as $500.00 and will be forfeit as liquidated damages in the event this (NO) PET POLICY is NOT honored by the tenants. Additional damages may be due from Property Damage Protection policy.
Refunds will be processed for cancellation if and only if the cancellation is made before 60 days prior to entry date. Thereafter, no refund will be processed in the case of notice received or cancellation later than 60 days prior to entry and deposits made will be considered liquidated damages. If the property is subsequently rented for that period of time which was cancelled, an "in-house" credit will be issued to be used up to 1 year from the date of original scheduled entry. If the property is NOT rented for that period, then no credit will be issued and the full amount considered liquidated damages.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A 13% TAX WILL BE CHARGED ON THE TOTAL RENTAL AND FEES CHARGED AND DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND BALANCE WILL BE REMITTED IN 14 DAYS.
