This spacious home has a split bedroom plan with sliders onto the pool deck from several rooms, including the master bedroom! This home has lots of charm, with both a living room and sitting area away from the t.v. for those who like to read, and a desk cubby with computer to do your work or email friends about the great time you are having! Adjacent lot is fenced in, allowing lots of room for your furry friend! Lots of mature landscaping and privacy. You’ll come back year after year!

About Judy

We bought this property summer of 2014; it having been vacant for more than 4 years. It was something of a 'project' for our family as it was literally a blank canvas completely empty of furniture, fixtures and decorations on the inside.

We currently live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We have insanely cold winters and we had spent some of our holidays in the Cape Haze area for the past 13 years. We loved the area so much, we thought we might as well buy a place of our own. It is our intention that we (Stephanie and Doug) will eventually retire to the property and spend our winters in Florida and our summers somewhere in Canada (hopefully next to water).

Why Judy chose Pebble Beach

We selected this property because we wanted to be on the golf course, but in a location that was not in the normal flight path of golf balls. Our location next to the 2nd tee box makes it virtually impossible to have a ball fly into the yard. No one wants to have to wear a hard hat outside, or always be on guard for an errant tee shot. The attached lot was very attractive, as it is fully fenced and affords us a great space for our dog and offers some very nice outdoor space for our family. We use it for a regulation badminton court, driving net, additional lounge seating, BBQ space, and fetch with the dog. We have no intention to either sell the lot or develop the property and put up a building of any sort. We value the extra space and the privacy it offers.

When we bought the home, it certainly looked to be in terrible shape. Our building inspector was very thorough and he confirmed our belief that the 'bones' of the home were in good shape. What it really needed was an exterior 'face lift' and whole lot of physical labor both inside and out. We are thrilled with the finished product. My wife had a vision for the property and over the course of the past year we have been able to make her vision a reality. We really do hope that people like the place as much a we do...we have furnished and decorated it to our liking, as opposed to something more generic and in keeping with a 'rental property'. We try and use it as much as we can and we have tried to think of what would make someone's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
